Awesome experience here. They explained all of the things that were going to happen, and the estimates time for when I would receive my car back. The person I worked with also changed my reservation from one enterprise to another to come pick me up here. Overall amazing experience. Would come here again.

While Gerber was repairing my vehicle, they also took on my sons truck that 5 guys broke into while he was working in Chicago. My car was competed a day before schedule and his truck took only two weeks. Professional and friendly service. They treat you like family!

Gerber of Glendale Heights has served us well several times over the past 10 years. Most recently, I went in for a minor repair and Gil (manager) was super helpful in taking care of the issue in a professional and efficient manner. Was super grateful for their hard work and will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

This place is amazing. I used their repair service twice, every time my vehicle was ready even over expected. They especially Gabbi always keeping me informed by giving me phone calls every couple of days explained about the details, any progress or changes, any options for me if possible. While visited in person she was always very friendly, kind and care, with her genuine smile. I think Ezekiel did or operated most of the repair for my car he was not talking much, but contributed his dedicated work to my car and was very nice. Moreover, my car was clean outside, and even inside which is what I have concerned after the winter time since I got a lot of snow salt and melt on the ground , I was surprised got my car and it was so clean. Very pleased and satisfied with their professionalism and great customer service. Thank you!

My vehicle was ready when promised. I had several texts always keeping me informed on progress which I really appreciated rather than me calling them. When I picked up my car, they went over the details of the repair and why the charges. Car was clean inside and out. Very pleased with everything!

I recently got my car fixed at Gerber Collision & Glass @ Glendale Heights. I must say that I couldn't have found a better place to get my car repaired. The manager 'Gill' was awesome and very courteous in handling all the issues pertaining to my car and resolving it to the best of his ability (inspite of facing quite a few challenges due to car parts availability, etc.). Gill is very professional and kept me updated with the latest progress at all times. Special mention to the technician 'Eze Hernandez' who worked on my car, eventually my car was fixed 100% and looked as good as new when I got it back. Also a word of mention to 'Gabriela (Gabbi)' for her timely communication and patient responses towards the my queries. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to get their car fixed/repaired anytime, you will not be disappointed. Super satisfied with Gerber, 5/5 ratings...cheers !!!

Sorry my review is late. I was very impressed with the job Joey had performed on my daughters Honda, Joey was beyond professional when I went to him and thanked him for the job he had done . We initially spoke with Gill about our options and he was very informative . All in all we were very satisfied with the customer service, explanations on options and the quality of work. The work that was done on my bumper was efficient and well done. It looks amazing. I’m extremely pleased with the people in the work they did in the communications that they kept me informed of what was happening and when things will be done.

Milo is a customer service super hero. All of the staff was courteous and polite. And the work done on my car was fantastic.

Had a deer hit my Jeep Wrangler on my way to Michigan (this was my first “accident” in a decade of driving). I did some searching and looked for a body shop that had experience working on Wranglers – and ultimately decided to go with Gerber Collision & Glass.

The experience was nothing but positive. From bringing the car in, getting a rental, and getting updates on the status of the body work (which ended up being completed about a week earlier than anticipated). The employees there are all wonderful and friendly.

What separates Gerber from other body shops, in my opinion, is how much they stand behind their work. I am sure other body shops “say” they stand behind their work – but then you take your vehicle in and have to fight tooth-and-nail to get a minor repair completed. Not with Gerber, however – they will get your vehicle about as close to the condition it was before your accident.

I used them for body work due to an accident. The employee up front I believe her name was Melanie was FANTASTIC! Set up my rental, made sure i wasn’t overcharged based on their discount. So helpful made the experience so painless. My car was ready before estimated date and I was satisfied with the work.

Gerber repaired a small dent in my rear deck lid - my car looks new again. High quality work and great customer support. The manager, Radek was responsive and informative, and Daisy in the front office was professional and a pleasure to work with. They got me scheduled immediately with almost no notice, and completed my repair within ~3 hours of dropping my vehicle off. I am extremely happy with Gerber's overall operation, timeliness, and price. Excellent job, great experience. Thank you!

I have done business with this shop they are the most wonderful people I will use this shop again I have been using this shop for my 2015 Honda Accord on August 4th 2023 I picked up my Honda it looked better than before

Did some repairs for me and they were considerate, informative and respectful! You definitely don't see those traits in a business too often anymore! Breath of fresh air when you do!
