I had such a great experience with Nefatari (I hope I spelled this right!) She was so patient and knowledgeable I needed a lot of help as I am not experienced at all when it comes to make up. I spent over $500 with her and I do not regret one thing I brought. I had so much fun with her!! She helped me while also helping others we had laughs, and she nailed the looks I was going for. She wasn’t pushy and helped me come to my own decisions about the products she recommended. I will be back to show her how beautiful the make up is on me and share how her tips really helped me. Thanks girl!! Sephora needs to keep her around shes a diamond!! 🥰

I had a FANTASTIC experience here and want to sincerely say thank you. My mother is suffering from some memory issues. We were going to an event and she said she forgot how to put on makeup. Obviously I was incredibly saddened by that. I called a few stores and all of them were booked or not offering makeup services. I called this location and asked for 3 appointments for myself, my mom, and my sister so we could do something together (while helping my mom feel pretty)! Despite having an insanely busy day with upcoming holidays, the manager/supervisor worked some magic and some artists stayed beyond their scheduled day. Not only that, but the makeup looks were on point! I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my family. It may seem small, but it was so nice to have my mom smile! I apologize for not remembering names- all of these ladies were exceptional! Thank you so so much.

I loved my experience at this store because I found one of the best sales associates. Her name was Minnie and she took the time to walk me through all the make up choices I needed and her positive vibes are contagious. I know it’s hard to be in retail and deal with all types of customers, so I appreciated finding someone like her who helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Thank you Minnie! You were a gem!

Amazing time at Sephora with their sales agent "Charlotte" who helped me a lot and was extremely patient! I went because I wanted to renew my entire makeup. Great time from the team!

Deanna is the sweetest associate ever! She was so happy to help me and was so kind! She really wanted to make sure I was able to purchase the product I came in looking for and I walked out so happy with my experience. A great Sephora location for all your men and woman beauty/fragrance needs. In the past, I’ve stopped in have always been greeted with a smile from staff who are more then happy to take the time and help.

Quill today was a wonderful reflection of the Sephora family and warm customer service attitude I have grown to know and love. After taking the time to inform me about change in store policy, Quill suggested alternative options and ensured that I would return as a customer many more times in the future.

I usually find beauty stores to be overwhelming and always trying to convince me into purchasing products I don’t want, but Glarielle was so kind and patient with me today. She took the time to hear my preferences and recommended products without pushing me to purchase. I’ve never felt so comfortable talking with a beauty consultant! I ended up purchasing a nearly complete new beauty routine (a few products happened to be sold out), and even picked up some fun eyeliners for my NYE look.

I really only came out shopping because my grandfather was in the hospital, but only allowed one visitor. This was the exact retail therapy I needed today. Thank you, Glarielle for being so kind to me today.

Carla helped me SO MUCH. After two failed trials for wedding makeup, I decided I was going to do my own makeup. I went to Sephora for help choosing products and applications. I had made a 20min personal shopper appointment but hearing my goal, Carla was able to switch me to a 60min appointment which was by far the best $60 I have ever spent. She not only did an amazing job applying my makeup more to my taste than either professional makeup artist had done for my trials, but she gave me a personalized hands-on tutorial and skills I can use for years to come. I got compliments on my skin all day and my makeup remained flawless. I purchased most of the products to recreate this look and will be purchasing the rest of them now that I can see my skin has had no negative reaction to them. Carla is truly a gem and Sephora is lucky to have her. Thank you Carla!!

I came in and was helped by a young woman named London. She was so delightful! I asked her so many questions about toners and different kinds, and she was so knowledgeable about them! I was so happy with her being patient, I had lost my voice and couldnt speak very loudly, and she still helped me tremendously! I left with the Fenty Fat Water toner, and I love it so much!!! The sales associate friendly unfortunately they was out of stock or what I was looking for but I left my telephone number I haven't got a call back yet to indicate that it's in stock very unfortunately Sephora was out of stock of the makeup that I really wanted she blessed me with two samples but it was a great experience I left my telephone number please give me a call when the merchandise is in stock I really appreciate it thank you

I came to Sephora to get new products today, in another words to spoil myself. I had made a list of products I wanted, some of which I have being using for a long time. Unfortunately some products where out CHANEL did such a wonderful job to introduce me to some new foundation I did not know about and surprisingly they where more Fabulous and matched my skins so well than the previous foundation I was coming for. Then, she helped me get the other products that were on my list, the ones that were out of stuck she new exactly which one she could substitute with. Thanks also goes to TAJ very warm and welcoming. I feel so awful because I missed the window to give a Sephora survey review of my experience here, so I’m writing my review here.

My experience at this store was basically a full consultation. I’m getting married next week and doing my own makeup because of COVID. Emely helped me pick out EVERYTHING I needed for that day and took time and consideration for everything from my skin type to the look I wanted to achieve. She walked through every step of the way with me and helped me even create the process in which to apply all the products I needed. A million Thank Yous to EMELY for helping me that day. You made an anxious bride feel more prepared for her big day!

My mom, sister, and I all had our makeup done here, and all the makeup artists were amazing! I highly recommend!!

Basia helped me and my mother find the perfect products for our skin. The first time I came she assisted me and I loved the products and I just went again yesterday and she was there again and was just as sweet and helpful as the first time. "Dalba" was the associate who rang us up. Great customer skills, let us know all about the promotions they had going. Truly is refreshing to have pleasant people working in retail. I shall return.

The sales people in the store are very knowledgeable and offer great recommendations. They are on top of it even during covid-19. They make sure the place is clean and that you don't sample or get into the products without their help. I would definitely go back.

Andrea did my makeup yesterday, and walked a first time makeup wearer through everything step by step. Absolutely wonderful! 6 stars if I could!
