This company did the original plumbing in my home. So when I had a issue with the disposal I gave them a call. The scheduling was prompt and very professional. Michael was on time and very helpful. I wanted the disposal taken out and regular drain put in. He informed me that the disposal was just jammed and he could easily fix it. He was very honest, he didn't have to tell me that. I decided I wanted it out anyway. Was here on time to do the work. Also was very neat and friendly. Would recommend him and the company to anyone! Will definitely call if I need a plumber again!

Used MW Willard to replace an old garbage disposal that had been leaking. Had an excellent experience with this company. Scheduler/front desk person was friendly, helpful and efficient. Mike, the plumber who handled the job, arrived promptly and was both professional and pleasant. He was also very accommodating in answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company.

Exceptional service. I had a crack in a cast iron pipe. These guys had me fixed up in a jiffy. Everyone I spoke with at the office was pleasant and attentive. They were able to schedule my repairs for the same day.
Matt and George showed up on time and prepared. Both technicians were very professional and assured me they could complete the repair.
They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. No mess laying around, no old parts left to throw away.

MW Willard came out to my house for an issue with low water pressure. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. The front office and Brandon worked very hard to get the repairs done the next day. These guys did a fantastic job getting everything taken care of. They are priced very competitively. I used this plumbing company to service my tankless water heater. The technician, Bill Snodderly, was on time and explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take to complete. The job was handled with expertise and the cost was very reasonable.

Awesome place, my piping was all rigged and done wrong, they came out accessed it and had it all fixed the correct way and for the past 2 weeks not a single drop has leaked where as before I had to leave a bucket under my drain every day

What can I say if you want things done right call a pro the first time around, had someone that claimed they knew what they were doing come fix a drainage issue and it got worse, called around doing some searching and came across these guys, they had someone out very fast and had it fixed even faster, overall 5 stars isn't enough to show how great they were to me, highly recommend
