Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love coming here, I’ve been a regular ever since they opened about a year ago now. Charlene is one of my absolute favorite people, she’s very kind and knows my order by heart! I walk in and she’s already starting my smoothie. The smoothies here are also the best, as I’ve gone to other tropical smoothies and the texture or thickness of the smoothies is not the same sometimes. But here? Delicious every single time!

Awesome! Nicely done. The Blimey Limey exceeded expectations. The ACAI bowl was very well done!

Was in a hurry so I Went in and order a simple mango smoothie. No one was inside and I somehow still ended up waiting 15 minutes before they started making my smoothie. In that time other guess walk in an order. They started on the other drinks and orders and left mine sitting there. The girl at the front saw how mad my face was and finally handed me my drink. I get in my car and start driving to work only to drink it and it taste straight up like water with a hint of mango. Sooooo upset right now. What a joke and disappointment

General manager reach out to me and was very polite, respectful and apologetic. He watched the video and realize what went wrong. Compensated me for two mango smoothies and address the issue with the team. Change my review instantly after speaking to him. I come here often because of the service and great food so I was just shocked at how my experience was that day. Happy to see that he took my feedback and did something about it. Now that’s how you keep your regulars. Thank you so much! ☺

Great food, great service as always with this location. Was in and out of there with my smoothie and food in about 10 minutes. Meaghan was amazing to speak with. Took my order and made my drink in no time. Very kind, and I was on with the rest of my day. Would recommend this location for sure.

Great location, and excellent service! I had an issue with an order recently, which was my fault- and Joe the owner personally reached out to me to try and rectify it. This is the only location that I’ve been to that consistently provides quality products and exemplary service!

This Tropical Smoothie is operated under excellent management. Joe is a great guy that takes care of his customers. We remain loyal to this location due to the tremendous staff!

Kiki and Lubin (I think that’s there name) are great employees and give some of the best service. Not only that but they are quick and fast with my orders too, especially when they are together working. With their speed, the food comes out excellent and they never disappoint.

The best tropical smoothie I’ve been to. They are always recommending new things and they have never let me down! Great quality and always ready in a timely manner. A big thank you to the staff and owners.

I LOVE LAILAH SHES AWESOME. good attitude hard worker and she’s the only one i will let make my smoothie, always remembers my regular order i dont even have to ask she know what to make when i get there .
