Drive thru had quite a line but it moved surprisingly fast. My special order was perfect. Nice atmosphere at this location with outdoor seating

I love them! They already know what I order! The customer service is great! I'm there every day! Several times a day sometimes!

I ordered online when I arrived and then it got rather busy. I ended up waiting a little while but as soon as I asked about my order they were apologetic and quickly made my order and even gave me a gift card (which was totally unnecessary but I appreciate it so much <3). The staff is friendly and amazing plus the food and drinks are consistently good. They always work so hard!! Thank you to the staff, we appreciate you!!

Quick serve and the supervisor Jocelyn was amazing was so kind and quick made my day start off on the right way. The other workers were all pleasant as well definitely making my home store

This is a new location and it is the first location to consistently get my order right. I don't order crazy concoctions, I just add an espresso shot and extra whipped but most other Starbucks don't seem to get it right. Service is quick and the staff super friendly. It's my favorite location.

This is one of the BEST Starbucks locations that I've visited so far. I like that it's on a main road and we finally have one in the neighborhood.
The staff is freindly, the drinks were perfectly made and this place is very clean and comfortable.

Every time I have visited this location, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Poinciana book club had our first meeting there and we loved it. Both the indoor and outdoor space were comfortable and clean. Shout out to Chris/Kris (I'm unsure of the spelling) and the rest of the staff there that night that helped to make our first meeting great!

Excellent Customer Service Sebastian is the absolute best. My order was perfect.

Swung in through the drive-thru just now and the woman was so incredibly nice and just made my day. She greeted us with the best Starbucks in the world, and let me just say…I agree. She very clearly knows what she’s doing and enjoys her job and really really made my day.

The drinks and cheese danish are amazing too but yeah.

this is by far the best Starbucks I been to. It is clean chill but the best part is the staff. They were super friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. Love it.

so happy that this location is finally open!! i’m glad i don’t have to drive 40 minutes out anymore so i can get my drink. i go to this location almost every other day and i can’t express enough how lovely it is. all of the staff is just remarkable. so far i have met: Frankie, Dani, Taylor, Shana, and Talayha and they are just phenomenal. the sweetest group i have ever met and SO helpful. dare i say that the drinks are better at this location than any of the others in central florida? i do reckon that they are!! they know what they doin here!! pur

So happy to have a Starbucks so close to home. It's always a treat getting a coffee here. Customer service is top notch. Inside is clean and sanitary.

Always pleasant workers. Fast for being busy open to close. Tables are always clean when I go in for pickup or to meet someone.
