A&W Restaurant

Stepping into this restaurant Was like stepping back into the past it was such a wonderful and nostalgic feeling you order food from my old phone at your table. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people working there were working hard. Thank you for serving us. We appreciate you.

Would like to rate 10 stars. The great food was cooked fresh for our order. The service was excellent and even got a chance to visit with them. We are not from the area I'm definitely going to be stopping by the next time I am in town.

We ordered dinner there this evening an staff was super friendly an fiod was impeccable chicken was perfectly crispy, fries were also perfectly cooked, my children ate every last bit 😋 thank you A &W Staff you are doing great!!!

Was good food guy gave me the wrong shake though and I had already left there before I found out. Kinda irritating...

We stopped in for ice cream to celebrate the end of the school week. Ice cream was good and portions were plentiful. Shayla was at the counter helping us and was pleasant, friendly, and quick! She was awesome!

Food is great, service is great as well. I'm sitting at a booth as I type this in a&w. The gal that served us, was nice and accommodating to my forgetfulness. I became absent-minded as soon as I went to order because of my dear idiotic brother.

The food here is what you'd expect from A&W, staff was very friendly and order was done quickly and correct. Love that they've kept the older decor, really makes it feel like a step back in time!

Very excellent service. The manager here is the model for how managers should treat employees and customers. She took very good care of us as we had to wait a longer time for our order. She gave us free drinks and fries with our burgers and ice cream. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and prepared. The cooks even added extra cheese to the burgers and the flavor was phenominal. I love having a good fast food joint close to home. It is a place definitely worth going to again and again.

Love this place! I decided to come down here and eat with my little girls & parents. My mom had came here when she was just a little girl herself, it's always been nice. I'm glad the people there working are so polite too. They have great food & the best root beer floats!!

This is one of the best A&W locations. This place retains the retro charm and original drive in feel that the chain is well known for. Nyssa has a great small town charm to it as well that adds to the ambiance at this location. Service is great and foods are all cooked to order so while this adds a small amount of time waiting the food is well worth the price and the wait. The burgers are very well done and have burger shop flavor. Well worth a stop.

Great big burgers and great prices. Not a huge fast food person but they have a very homemade burger/fries taste for sure.

The Nyssa A&W is the best one in all our area of towns. They take care when putting the food together. Never sloppy. Plus the kids there are great. Wish Ontario A&W was like Nyssas. I'd rather make the drive to Nyssa than get thrown together food. Good job guys!

This is one of the best fast food restaurants! My Fiancé and I have joked about a date to A&W. But we were floored when we were hungry and we jokingly said A&W... I had the Double Mushroom Swiss and Kim had the Chill Cheese Dog. Both were Cooked fresh Hot and amazingly delicious. I went back for a second one Double Mushroom the next day and I live in Meridian! Nice Staff like I said no reheating cooked fresh, it reminded me of fast food when I was a kid. So Goooood! Stop in or just drive to Nyssa for a fun night out. Great root beer too.

I rarely eat out but when I do, A&W is always a special treat. The ingredients are “fresh” and the service is excellent; they even remember my senior discount if I forget so the wait is acceptable. My order is always correct and delicious!

I love this A&W. There sriracha cheese curds are amazing, and their root beer floats are great! I have had good customer service. I sometimes takes longer to get my food than other fast food, but totally worth it, because you can taste that it was freshly made. Ee have always had a good experience here!🍟

This place hasn't changed since my childhood in the mid-late 80s. I love cinning back. It was a simpler time.....a better time.

If you're looking for a trip down memory lane, the A&W in Nyssa is the place. Great burgers and my personal favorite cheese curds. Fresh rootbeer is still served in chilled mugs. The night manager was our order taker. She was friendly and enthusiastic. Over all, great piece of American nostalgia.
