Buck's Saloon & Steakhouse

This is an amazing bar that can provide small groups and low volume times amazingly. The friendliness doesn't stop outside of those parameters but know a small kitchen staff is part of a bar. There is no perfect multi tool a good knife and pliers will always put preform a Leatherman... But... When I need an alcohol libation and food to keep me from acting the fool, this is the place. Yum, glub!

We were the only customers in the dining room, which was a bit cool. Bartender suggested we move to a table in the bar area as it was warmer. We did, and he was right. We had the amazing finger steaks. Great place to eat in the little farming town of Melba, Idaho!

First time here. Had the loaded patty melt special with garlic fries. Delicious! Burger is just like homemade and fries are crisp but not greasy.

YUM! The chicken fried steak is absolutely delicious and is such a big portion! The service was great as well. (:

We all had the Patty Melt. It was GREAT.
We also had a very friendly waitress.

Good local bar and grill. One side is bar (can get loud as expected) , the other is more restaurant feel (usually quiet and relaxed) . Food selection is typical bar/grill food and I have not found anything that isn't good. I like both the club and French dip sandwiches (waffle fries are great). Staff are friendly and always kind (even when busy). Food generally is prepared quickly.

Super cute little place! Very clean. Designated, clean bathrooms. I'm about talking about LBGTQ or anything like that. Just men or women's bathrooms. Men are messy! Very friendly staff. Def plan on coming back soon!

Really good food here. My son had breakfast and I had lunch. The patty melt was excellent the onion rings were even better. Played a game of pool and hit the road. A Hidden Gem for sure

Amazing crew....Amazing food! Jen is the best bartender ever! She is like a pinball and makes sure everyone has what they need and are happy!!! They also have Idaho's best wings!

The prices are great. The food is really really good. Appreciate the staff. You also may order ahead and pick up. Take your food to the park here in Melba. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice place, great little town. Yes, I'm biased as I grew up there, but it's great comfort food and the servers are friendly. They've started a sip-and-paint so watch their FB page for dates.

Just about the best chicken fried steak I've had in years - don't get me wrong, I find myself in Texas Roadhouse from time to time eating theirs but Bucks' was on a whole other level. It's fun to eat in Melba because they treat you like a neighbour. I want to come back!!

Good food; friendly service in small town.

Great steaks cooked to order, really nice folks waiting on you and a good group of locals to chat with always make this a great place to eat. Good variety on the menu and fresh not canned vegetables and sides are a plus
