Papa Johns Pizza

Quick delicious but they forgot to cut the pizza. No biggie for us since we have a pizza cutter! The place looked clean and had one guy working but it was pretty slow and our pizza was ready when we picked up.

Moved to Florida and came to visit family in Frederick. I always come get pizza from PJs. Norman is always friendly.

Twice we’ve been there in the past month and the employees were outstanding. Food was hot and delicious. I was so pleased. I will go there again and again!!

My coworkers and I regularly order from this location, and the experience is always great! The staff here is so friendly, and there is never a long wait even though we always order multiple large pizzas. Highly recommend!

We’ve only had good experiences with this Papa Johns. The pizza is tasty and we’ve never had a mix up problem with our order and we go here often.
We always through order through the Papa Johns App and pick up with their $10.99 Carry Out Only special large pizza. Staff has been very friendly.

Love their thin crust. The Specialty supreme type combo pizza is awesome. I never eat peppers or meat on pizza. I love the flavor combination when they are all together. On the crispy and flaky crust... yum. Papa John’s is also consistently good with pretty quick service. The Urbana, MD location is awesome. They are #1 for me for all around service, food, quick delivery, and customer care.

I decided to randomly order a pizza on my way home from work after I saw my points were expiring and I hadn't eaten yet all day. The cashier, whom I believe was probably the manager, was exceptional. I don't usually give reviews, but he was friendly and very accommodating. Now I wish this Papa Johns was near my house rather than in the middle of my commute, but now I know to keep coming here if I decide I want to bring pizza home to the family on my way home.

Best carry out and delivery pizza in Urbana, period. This place hustles!

Even in the pandemic and labor shortage, the team here delivers the pizza hot and in a reasonable amount of time. And my order is right every single time.

I've tired of boutique pizza places that charge buku bucks for average pizza and poor service. Went back to Papa John's Urbana. Good pizza, fair price, excellent service.

Great location next to Royal Farms gas station, great staff and food scariest always on point.

Love Papa John's. Obviously this new branch in Urbana isn't much different than any other store so if you already know the place, there isn't much I can add. One thing - they do carryout until 10 so if you place a late order, make sure you don't forget to get in there before then, and they almost always have a $10 large two topping carryout special happening. Just ask before ordering.

We called asking for more garlic sauce because yum and Josh, the asst. manager was so sweet! helped me out and exuded a “customer is always right” experience. I look forward to more positive experiences with the Urbana Papa John’s

This is a great location. Order a pizza late night and the food came hot and delicious and the driver was friendly. Definitely going back here. Would choose this over the Pizza Hut any day.

Josh is by himself, answering the phone, ringing in customers, making the pizzas - he really needs some additional help. Thank you, Josh and the lady who answers the phone and takes the online orders!

Josh is my guy, called in to ad something to the order and he did it fast and with a great attitude. Customer service is great.

PJ's is great! Not the fanciest pizza, but always reliable.

People were friendly , Quick , gave my order and didn't take but 15 mins and I was on my way home !!!
