Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Stopped by Popeyes Fried Chicken on a return road trip. This location was very clean and extremely pleasant staff. Ordered 3 piece spicy combo. Chicken had great flavor.

Popeyes' new wings are fantastic. But you have to eat them quickly because if you leave them in the box too long they'll get steamed and the crispiness will be completely gone. The crispiness is what makes them so delicious too. That, and the sauces are very tasty.

Well! That wait is over but the wait has begun had to stay in for about 50 mins but the were pumping them out quickly poor guys guy behind the register felt so bad for making people wait but eventually everyone got them.

The hype the is real at least for the spicy one it's darn good finger licking. Chick-fil-A is I. Trouble the sandwich is much tastier anf juicier than anything I ever had at Chick-fil-A. My hats out to the new market Popeyes for working through the madness.

This is the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Ben, the manager, and his team had the freshest, tastiest, spicy tenders I’ve ever had. Clean and super nice! 5 stars all day long!

Ok ok, I heard about the chicken sandwich. Thought I'd finally try one. WOW !! The chicken was huge. Probably enough for two people to enjoy. It had a great tasting "deli style" sliced pickle. The robust bun was lightly toasted. This was a very good experience for my 1st time trying their chicken sandwich. I'll be back!!😎😎

General Manager, Misha, went above and beyond on Father's Day getting our order ready for pick up after church. It was extremely busy but she took time to take our phone order and apologized for the wait. She was a real blessing to us, and the Fathers enjoyed the family meal. Misha is professional and helpful, cares about her customers, and represents Popeyes well!

So we ordered through GrubHub for pickup not knowing that the app is definitely ran differently. I mean this by we ordered and waited for the app to say the order was ready and when i went inside it wasn't. I told, I believe her name was Lisa or Ashley, but she was in the front with another 2 older gentleman, the manager and another cashier, and they did amazing. The female cashier was so fast and got our order ready and apologized that it wasn't ready for us but explained that the GrubHub orders for pickup are made when the customer gets there to ensure the food is fresh and hot. She also explained they only put pickup orders out for dashers. I was fine with all this, i was just happy i didn't have to cook after a long day lol. Thanks to the front staff for an amazing job.

We used to love this place, but after today we will be going elsewhere. We waited over 20 minutes at the counter for our food. Watched the cashier take customers order non-stop and never stopped to help people get their food. Customers kept going up to counter demanding they get their food and got it before us. Thanks to manager that finally got up front to help us out. Food was great but get ur act together! Stop giving all ur prepared food to the drive thru!

We stopped at this Popeyes while traveling through on Easter Sunday. This Popeyes was clean and delivered the best customer service that we have ever received from a Popeyes restaurant. We were greeted at the register by the manager, Misha, and she was very friendly and professional. We are from Louisiana and she delivered hospitable charm that we are accustomed too. Misha represented the company well. We ordered a large family meal . The food was hot, fresh and very good. Keep up the good work!

Went to Popeye's today was tired but out of it drove for 6 hours and traffic from Philadelphia didn't know what I want the guy at the register helped me with patient with me either way to me to pull up a coupon and double check on my utensils in my sauces thank you so much.

👎😡Was at the register, loading App📲 & Showing my Popeyes coupon / Code. immediately an attitude. (no one behind me at the time ). Even more 😡 frustrated when I placed additional/ Separate order.
👍🏼, 🎰+🎫Once I was there server went out her way to help out on the issue and even kinda annoyed the manager (lol ) just to help. Thankful for that .

very enjoyable experience, the food was fresh and fast and served with a smile by some pleasant staff. The manager was particularly attentive to each individual guest while also keeping a solid banter back and forth with the cooks in the back. she was doing an outstanding job running the whole place and should be commended for the wonderful job she's doing.

This is the only good Popeyes in Frederick county. Staff is great and food comes out within a reasonable time. Restaurant is always clean to!

I took my grandson (12) for his first experience with the classic chicken meal. He agreed with my choice, loved the mac & cheese side & the huge drink. He said he hopes I will take him back again rather than McDonalds.

The person working the drive-through the day I came was friendly. The food was great and fresh. They were able to get people in and out quickly without any fuss. The staff are always great whenever I go.

The food here is spiced as it should be. Unfortunately in York PA they barely season the chicken.

I had the most wonderful experience at this hallowed ground. When I entered I was greeted by the luscious locks of super employee Brady Vlha, who met my needs perfectly. I was so impressed by his incredible service that I felt compelled to write this review. It is of my personal opinion that this man deserves at least $50 an hour for his incredible work in the world of fried chicken.

Went on a busy Friday. Young man Brady took our order quickly and got to work filling it. Very courteous and pleasant the whole time. Food was tasty. Would definitely go back again.

Son and I like all of the Popeye restaurants in the greater Frederick area, but this one has become a bit more favored.

One reason is they have a lot of room for parking, as well as a large dining area. The inside is light, bright, and airy.

The drive through looks easy to navigate but I've never used it.

Food is always same great quality as the other Popeyes in the greater Frederick area. Staff is helpful and quick. The restroom are clean and stocked. Also, never had a menu item out of stock.

Location is right off of Route 70, easy to access.

Highly recommended!

A clean Popeyes! Our local (Dundalk, MD) Popeyes is so dirty and dingy, we refuse to eat there despite loving the food. We stopped in this location and was reminded why we like the food. Clean dining area, clean looking kitchen and the food tasted amazing. Why cant all locations live up to this standard? Will return.

Friendly staff and the food was fresh, crispy and delicious.
