McDonald's

After an app mishap where they didn’t get my order, I parked up and went inside fairly upset for the inconvenience. The staff was so overwhelmingly nice and understanding that it completely changed my mood instantly. Amazing and friendly staff 5/5.

Food here is great, service is fast and the employees are friendly. I come here at least once a week for lunch and it never disappoints

I actually didn't go there. Only passed thru the parking lot. Lkve their fries, though.

Good fresh food, fast service and clean restaurant.

Clean bathroom, but the women's toilet seat is loose.

Every thing technology best for introverts and accommodating for folks that like minimal contact. Haven’t been to this place in years and oh my a lot has changed. Love the renovation job McDonald’s 👏🏾

Nice Helpful Staff but takes a while to get their attention because they’re so busy and a little understaffed.

Woke up to drive my daughter to school. I didn’t expect top service at the drive- thru. Aida I believe that was her name, was so kind and very patient with us. Made the rest of the day the best.

Clean and food was fresh

I ate well. Forgot my bag with very important papers and stuff. Noticed it only in the evening in Ft. Myers. Called at eleven and was treated very politely. I was told to come next day at 2:30 to pick up my bag. Next day the night manager brought me my bag. He had picked it up on the day before and kept in safe keeping, very professionally. And he refused to take a tip. Excellent. He and his team are doing a great job in a difficult environment.

The cashier should have looked at the money before it was put in the drawer because I knew exactly how much I gave. Other than that everything was good 👍🏾.

The food was fresh. Great customer service

*This review is for the McDonalds on Kendall Drive, not Richmond Heights* This McDonald's brings the food to your table and the service was great. There is a playground so its a great place for parents to take the kids for a quick bite to eat and play date.

The service was quickiest than in others McDs I used to go.

Surprisingly for a fast food spot they're actually very friendly fast and clean. One of The better ran McDonald's around South Florida..

I asked for non breaded nuggets and they obliged. Great service! :)

It is always busy regardless of time of day or night. I am a sweet tea addict. Love their Iced tea.

OMG this morning I was so impressed by the little Spanish lady who knew her elder customers by name and their order too I might add😳 my food was perfect, hot and served with a smile in under 10 minutes... Corporate that young lady needs a raise😉

They are always great. But one thing that would be nice is, to have the option of choice buns. Like; Whole wheat, Rye, Pumpernickel and Healthy Bread bun. Pass it on to the company.

Great and fast service. The cashier was awsome she took my order and then repeated it to make sure it was right and it was she did a great cashier. Good job hun 👍👍👍👍👍
