McDonald's

Visiting from Cleveland, came here for a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and coffee...by the time I got back to my hotel everything was still nice hot and fresh. I wasn't disappointed...worth the short drive.

Someday those McDonald's will be considered a vintage McDonald's or maybe a retro McDonald's. They still have a hostess that will help customers to their seats and even get them a refill on coffee. They have free newspapers that stay at the restaurant. The food is excellent. I received my order without any errors. As mentioned above there's great customer service as evidence of a hostess. It might be my imagination I think the food tastes better at this McDonald's than other locations. The dining room does appear a bit dated but the quality is good. It would be nice if there was a TV or two to watch.

The way a fast food place should be. Fast, courteous, and accurate. Would revisit this location again.

The staff at this McDonald's is wonderful. I've been through here a lot and every single time they are polite and cheerful and superhero helpful. The quality of the restaurant otherwise is extremely high. Whoever runs this place has built a great location and a great team.

Came for lunch. Drive thru was fast. Staff friendly and fast. Food was fresh.

this the best McDonald's in Ohio The food is always hot and fresh for McDonald's like Loki I drive a little farther to come to this McDonald's cuz I know it's always on point everything they touch they do it well fries are never too burn they're always fresh everything is good I don't normally boost McDonald's like that but this one and the workers they're doing an awesome job

This particular McDonald's is run by an exceptional staff. The dining room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was exceptionally fresh and well prepared. My meal was even brought to my table by a smiling staff member. I thought all McDonald's were the same. This particular proves me wrong! This location should be the gold standard for McDonald's. This crew sets the bar very high for this fast food conglomerate!

As far as McDonald's locations are concerned, this is the best one in Columbus. The staff are always very professional and polite, and the food is always served up hot and fresh. I travel all the way across the city to come to this particular location. The people who work here always play música Latina, which adds a little culture to the dining experience.

The manager that took my order when I visited this location was exceptional. She gave me napkins to dry off because I was soaked from the rain. She also gave me a plastic bag for my food so it didn't get wet. She was friendly and very helpful. I was very happy with the service which you usually don't get at fast food places.

Call me a simpleton with this review, but their burgers are always better here, they have more saucy, juicier burgers since the time of the review, and their people are fun. I take pleasure to be a customer here :) thank you

Excellent drive thru service

We love this McDonald's location! The food is top notch (as far as fast food goes) and the facility is always clean and well maintained. They just repainted as well. The real asset to this location is their star employee, Wanda! My young daughter and I try to make it in at least once a week to see Wanda. She always remembers my daughter's name and my 3-yr old refers to her as "our friend". Between her great demeanor & enthusiasm and the fast & friendly service we have come to expect from the rest of the staff, this is our go-to place for fast food!

The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Columbus (and I’ve been to several). They are always so quick and the food always tastes great.

Not from here, so I don't know if they just re-did this place, but it's pretty nice. New interior design with the option to order via giant touchscreens (or through a person, if you do choose). You can pick up your order or they can bring it to you. All good options. Oh! Almost forgot about the actual food.... The fries and drinks seemed pretty much the same as most other McDonald's, but the double quarter pounder (what I got) was the best McDonald's burger I've ever had. I've gotten it before at other McDonald's where I live and they're pretty good, but here, it was delicious! Burger was nicely cooked, juicy... Idk what they do differently, but they're doing something!

Great for quick service most the time but sometimes waiting 2-3 minutes at the speaker for someone after being noticed
