Absolutely everything about this place is perfect! Amazing food, thoughtful and locally sourced menu, relaxing and friendly atmosphere — we love it!

We ate here for last week and had the weekly special pinto bean burger. It was the best veggie bean burger we’ve ever had. They also have $10 wine flights on Friday. Ended up buying a bottle of nice white wine. Thank you for providing a place to eat healthy food that’s actually good for you. We will be back!

Best place to eat in Pilot Mountain and Mount Airy combined. If you haven’t eaten here yet, do yourself a favor and GO! Erin is a master and making delicious healthy food that will drive your taste buds wild. Beer selection that will spark your palate and keep you wanting more. Great mellow atmosphere and the staff is always so nice and down to earth.

While looking for a plant-based restaurant to celebrate my 50th birthday, the owner, Erin, found me! She was attentive, thoughtful, considerate, and really made my day extra special! My guests (mostly meat eaters) all loved their food, and the ambience and hospitality was top-notch! It was worth the trip from Greensboro, and I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! I am not vegan or vegetarian but it was easily one of the best meals I have had out in a long time! Ordered the zen bowl and it was perfect, lots of flavor and variety. Will be back very soon!

Such a beautiful space with a warm inviting atmosphere. Delish vegan food and amazing nonalcoholic choices. Grateful for such an awesome spot in Downtown Pilot.♡

We visited Pilot Mountain and ate here for dinner. Delicious GF, DF, SF options. I had the black bean burger on GF bun with the fixings and my husband had the Sunshine Bowl. He commented that the mushrooms made it seem like there was chicken although it was totally vegan. Atmosphere was chill, full of personality and unique. They also have lots of unique beverage options including GF beer and non alcoholic beer:beverages along with standard wine and beer. This was a fun and yummy dinner location!

Ordered the Pinto Burger. Absolutely delicious! Wonderful service as well. Very friendly. Great place to eat if you're looking for a healthier option.

My only complaint would be that the pretzels & mustard should just come free when ordering a meal. They're just dried pretzels from a bag. Also, for that price, wish the burgers would come with fries, but not sure if they have a fryer. Amazing drink selections though. Flavorful food. Really beautiful atmosphere. Would be a great place for an acoustic music set or poetry reading. Love this place!!! So grateful it opened

The food is incredible! I find most vegan food hit or miss, but this is incredibly delicious and impressive! Everything is really tasty and flavorful. We will be back regularly!

We were delighted to find Viridescence on our trip to Pilot Mountain. Welcoming atmosphere, beautiful space, and good food! The staff was super friendly. The fresh veggies in my wrap were just what I was craving.

I just had the best sandwich. I will definitely be coming back. Great selection of craft beers too.
