Boles Pool & Spa

Wesley & Jackson are very knowledgeable and honest. There workmanship is the tops. They have always pleased my wife and I, we have used Boles Pool and Spa for two years for all our maintenance and repairs. We go no where else for our pool needs. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Paid cash, ended up being more than quoted. Installed pool was not setup by date (not because of wet weather). Grass destroyed in large areas. Hit septic line several times. Then tells me that I could have pulled up where to locate that in the county website. Also he could have installed our pool fully in ground, but mentioned that service after it was too late. I could have dealt with that all just fine, but the Pool liner has very sharp gravel rocks all under it after water was poured in from the hit septic line. I saw the septic rocks the day before in the sand bed. I thought surely the kids setting up the liner would remove those. Nope. Many, many, many calls and texts out to Wesley. I was always polite. He never setup a date for repair even after pool season is over to come fix our liner. He said that he stood behind his work too .
If he did- I would have paid him another $4-6k cash to finish concrete work around the pool, but his loss and ours as well. No we need to use that money to pay someone else to fix his work.

I do not recommend this business. Unprofessional, not responsive. Set an appointment, then was a no call, no show. Caused me to waste valuable time. If Mr. Boles did not want my business, no problem..TELL ME THAT, and I will move on and find someone who actually has a desire to work; But no, Mr. Boles booked an appointment and then was very unprofessional by not only being a no show, but didnt even have the professional courtesy to take 5 seconds to send a text to advise he would not be showing up. At this point, Im glad he was a no show, because Its obvious that I dodged a bullet.. So I guess I really owe him a Thank you...He saved me from wasting my hard earned money on him and his so-called "Business" Im posting this here, on Facebook, Instagram, and all over Mount Airy, Westfield, Pilot Mountain..etc.👍

If yall was that hard up for 45$ all you had to do was say so and I would have gave it to you. Crazy world we live in.

Extremely disappointed with the install of our inground pool. Wes and Jackson did an absolutely terrible job.
Pool walls aren't square, railings and diving board aren't set properly and the bottom of the pool is extremely uneven complete with boot prints.

Not sure how your supposed to leave a good review for them I set up a time to get a quote 3 hours after the time we set I texted him to be told there was a issue and it would be 1.5 hours late ok mistakes are made understand that and then 9 pm rolls around still no one then I text to get told it will have to be tommrow not to sure that he / they care about customers at all

Tried to use this business to put a pool up and was told they would put it up at the end of June. It’s now the middle of July and they aren’t answering our call. After multiple attempts of trying to call and being ignored we decided to go with someone else. We called from a different number and they answered and we let them know we were going with someone different.

BEWARE of this person!!!! They'll take your money and never get to you in a timely fashion
