AT&T Store

Cole was awesome, I came to check out the new 24 ultra and Cole knew everything about it, and showed me all the new AI features on the new phone. He listened to all my needs for my phone use and answered all of my questions. I will most definitely return for all my AT&T needs, everyone in this store is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend to all my friends and family

The staff is so helpful and they treat the customers with respect and kindness. I can’t seem to get help with First Net when I need it, but these guys take care of all of my issues. Keep doing a great job!! (Your favorite death investigator)

I want to express my deep gratitude to Jeff at AT&T store in Indian Land, who professionally help me in very difficult times for me having lost my Apple ID and damaged my phone. He went above and beyond investing almost one hour guiding me in the whole process of getting in touch with Apple representatives and kindly assisted me lending me a device and even his seat to get in touch with Apple representatives. He really made my day in times in desperation and I am leaving this store with everything resolved with a lot of hope and looking forward to come back again in the near future. Five Stars and more! I also recommend all the protection plans with Asurion because they can save you a lot of money and time.

I can’t begin to describe how thrilled I am with the level of service I received at this store. I wanted to buy a new phone for my daughter. The sales team was incredibly helpful in helping me make my choice. I had a complicated situation and they were with me every step of the way. Vivi is fantastic! I will be doing all of my phone shopping here going forward.

This store has been amazing since becoming under new management. The new manager Cole is knowledge and super friendly. I definitely recommend this store for anyone in the local area.

We had a great experience at this store yesterday! Brannon took great care of us while also training another employee(who was great as well). Everyone working was kind and very sweet to our busy one year old. I also witnessed Brannon being very patient and helpful with a customer that really needed to go to corporate store for her issues but he still walked her through everything because he could tell she was frustrated. Overall a good experience and happy we stopped in.

Most amazing service I have received the best service when I came out to get my device fixed ended up upgrading to a better phone. And getting a new tablet. I came out of my way to come back to same location to return old phone just to cut it up again. I will tell all my friends and family about this location.

I bought a new iPhone in Indian land and Jeffrey was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Asked me if I was an AARP member and I got a discount. I’ve never had any ATT salesman ask me that. So for the best service ask for Jeffrey in Indian Land.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. The staff was friendly and nice. Cole helped me get a new phone and account with AT&T. He was super helpful, and fun to chat with while we waited through the mundane steps of activating my new phone. This store has a cool crew and I recommend stopping here for any needs you may have. They do not want to just sell you a phone, they are here to help. They are honest and dont just upgrade you without you fully understanding everything. They are friendly and always nice. They explained that if i wanted an upgrade i would have to open a new phone line on my plane. They took the time to tell me what that means. I appreciated it and ultimately didnt open a line because of the cost to just upgrade.

Customer service is always amazing, especially from Cole! They are always attentive to my phone needs and get me in and out of store!

The rep Aderick was great. Came in with a damaged phone and Aderick was able to solve my issues in a timely manner I recommend this crew to everyone in South Carolina. Brannon was also extremely nice greeting me at the door even though he was helping two other customers. Melinda was an all around great manager table touching with all of her reps on this busy Saturday.

Shanda and another associate were very busy with several customers even though it was just the two of them. Once, Shanda began working in my account, everything went smoothly and quickly. She is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Melinda is extremely knowledgeable in her job and also takes pride in it. She was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and had my new phone set up in no time at all. I highly recommend her and her staff.
