Chipotle Mexican Grill

Sabine is a great employee and deserves a raise! Chipotle is lucky to have her.

I've always had great luck at this Chipotle. Their service is prompt, and they seem to retain workers well as I've seen some familiar faces over the couple of years I've been going to the location. Overall a nice experience!

I stoped by today after placing an online order. I realized had placed the order the wrong location. The team let me reorder my online exclusive item (quesadillas) in store and made it for me. They also talked me through the steps of getting a refund for the Order that I messed up. While I was there I also saw them deal with another customer who was quite difficult and aggressive at the end but the team handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was impressed and very happy with my service

The mobile order experience is so bad. It said ready by 2:40 but wasn't untill 3:05 and it wasn't on the shelf I intercepted it because otherwise I'd be waiting longer I notice they prepare for people waiting in line first regardless of how long it is and only work on the mobile orders if noone is in line. The 5 stars is generous because I'm glad there is a chipotle within walking distance.

The current employees are friendly and great to talk to. In the past there have been many grumpy employees who seemed to hate being there and it showed. Glad things are improving! Food is always good, but there have been mixups when ordering online for either delivery or pickup, especially with drink items.

I used to frequent a different Chipotle in the area but every time I went to pick up my food (I online order a lot while finishing my work shift so I can pick up dinner after work), the people at the other Chipotle would never EVER say "Hi" or "Thank You" and I felt that the order was almost always wrong - leaving off the guac? I think that's a sin.
BUT this Chipotle was closer to where I worked so I ended up switching to this one. The order is NEVER wrong or skimpy (they give you a good amount of food), the workers are friendly and recognize me now, they always say "thank you, have a good night" (which means a lot as someone who also works in customer service). I am so thankful I switched to this Chipotle, my experience has improved 3-fold.

Had issues with an order, and Joseana from online Chipotle support ensured I was taken of and received a refund for my troubles. Thanks again Joseana. Would recommend, due to Chipotle owning up to their mistakes!

My first time visiting Chipotle and I really enjoyed the food. The service was good and everyone was polite. I will be going back again.

Food is SPOT ON here. Ingredients are fresh & delicious- the staff is SUPER friendly. I never have problems when visiting this chipotle!!

I order here quite frequently and it's very rarely don't have my food ready in time, it's usually when they're busy. And I truly understand!

They're food is good but if you have sensitive taste buds it is a little spicy

This restaurant is a Mexican grill with fast service. Be careful what time you go to lunch there could be a long line.

Love this place. Parking can be weird trying to get in from Old Dominion, but very good food and nice staff.
