Great product, sales, and staff. The store smells amazing, which makes it a little difficult to test scents. However, it's all good. Laundry soap, beard oil, bath bombs, bar soaps, etc. Love the Mystery Boxes ($7 with a variety of random products and/or coupons). Excellent gifts for friends and coworkers.

The people that work at this store are so helpful and amazing. I had an issue with and order I placed online being sent to the wrong address. I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help but I called this store because I didn't know what else to do. They got right on it, helped take care of my issue and made sure my order got to where it needed to. I wish I had gotten the girls name who helped because she was fantastic! Absolutely blown away with the top notch personal customer service from each individual working there particularly the young man that was doing the bath bombs with my daughter it was very friendly knowledgeable helpful and overall went above and beyond his job how nice and helpful he was with my daughter! Highly recommend this place and definitely doing a bath bomb or soap class with your kids. Highly recommend their products overall excellent quality reasonably priced and made with high quality ingredients also their laundry detergent is a very good product a must have fosho!💯 Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I really liked this store and their prices! The set up was really unique and I enjoyed getting to see the soaps and other products being made right in front of me! This was my first time inside and I was really excited to see everything! Only thing I didn’t exactly like id the plastic wrapping around the bath bombs, a lot of the other packaging seemed eco friendly besides these. The unique soap smells and designs are super cool! The samples were also really awesome and I am extremely appreciative of that as a customer! I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful but the products are amazing. Also I love the generous samples they give out every time i purchase a product. Last time I got 2 soap samples and a hand wash sample! My favorite sent is cherry 🍒 almond, and my husband loves the kraken sent. I love getting the mystery boxes they are such a great deal, you get large samples to try out that could be anything. I've never been disappointed leaving this store I love it so much!

Helpful staff, well stocked and diverse selection with everything from fruity to woodsy and mild. The bath bombs are such a hit with the kids and made bath time so much easier. The laundry soap samples you can sometimes get with purchase are the perfect size when I want to try something new for my sheets, or make great gifts with the other nice products they have.

Love this business! All of their products smell so good and it is such a fun experience! The people who work here, especially the owners, are so friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door and gave me some samples to take home! I have recommended this business to many of my friends as well, and they all love it! Received a gift packet from a friend. Loved everything! The soap was fantastic ....smelled so good and lasted quite a long time. Used the bath bomb and it made for a very relaxing experience. Can't wait to get into the store. My friend just loves the place!

One of my favorite local businesses! The selection of products is vast along with all the scents. I love being able to customize lotions and their other products and I've fallen in love with their Froot loop scent! All the workers are extremely friendly and helpful

Instantly in awe of the atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, I was quite surprised by the variety of bath supplies they have. The prices are rather fair for being made in house and all great quality ingredients. The staff are even kind enough to give samples. The mystery box is a must try. And a interesting rewards program with 5% cash back on purchases you can use at any time.

I LOVE this company. I stumbled across it because my 10 year old was struggling with her skin and their face bars are the only thing I've found to help her! I'm in LOVE with the narcissist soap, shower oil...all of it!! Their OH location has very helpful and friendly staff. I was going to drive from MI to OH for their products and the team at that location helped me out with getting the order to me, via shipping very quickly. Had a mixup with my order and the manager was SO helpful and willing to make it right, without effort on my end. I'm a loyal customer for a reason and always recommend them to my friends and coworkers!

I love this place!! I treat myself to the bar soap. I do not go often, but it’s a good reason- the soap bars really are long lasting! My fave is Fruit Loopy, but I like to try seasonal scents. I just bought Candy Apple & Peachy Clean. We tried a DIY bath bomb visit. It was a lot of fun and Connor was super great with our daughter! This store is a gem!

Welcoming, wonderful and helpful staff. Very generous with free samples. Amazing with kids. And support the military/veterans by offering a generous military discount. Awesome deals each week. This is my favorite store to shop with or without my kids.

Repeat customer, so many good varieties of products- they excel in customer service in my opinion. I always try a few of the free samples and share them with friends and family so they can enjoy trying new scents. Laundry soap is so fragrant and you don't need fabric softener!

I’ve recently decided to give up shower gel and use bar soap instead to cut down on plastic as well as chemicals like sulfates which are bad for the water supply and our skin. I was so thrilled to find this shop locally. The soaps are plant based and there is an endless variety of scents. I also ended up buying an eye cream and it is a keeper, the best I’ve ever used and smells great! They threw in a sample of laundry soap which made my quilt smell so good and came out of the wash clean and soft. The body butter is also amazing. I almost can’t wait to run out of the stuff I got so I can go try new ones!

I love everything about this store and everything in it. I've switched to using their laundry soap and my clothes smell great. The only thing is buying the laundry soap only is cheaper it's only $15 to buy it at the shop its $18 so they may want to check their prices.

You can smell the soaps outside the shop! Products are great and the staff was so helpful! So many different varieties of products and scents there is something for everyone. And buying local is just a huge bonus!
