Dr. James Phillips has been my doctor for over 30 years, long before I even had a primary care doctor. He is by far the absolute BEST doctor ever!! He has always been so patient, kind and caring. After the birth of our daughter in 1990, I had a hematoma. He admitted me to the hospital and fixed that. In my late 20’s, I had a molar pregnancy (I was unaware at the time what that even meant) but he compassionately helped my husband and me through that sad ordeal. I saw Dr Phillips and only Dr. Phillips during those years with only one exception. In 1996, while very pregnant with our son, Dr. Phillips was planning to go on vacation. I was terrified that I would go into labor while he was gone so I asked if he would schedule another C-section before he went out of town. He ordered an amniocentesis to see if the baby’s lungs were developed enough. They were not. The day Dr. Phillips was to return, I went into labor. While at the hospital, Dr. Grimes came in to see if I wanted him to do the C-Section. I told him NO, I wanted to wait on Dr. Phillips. As the hours went by and labor progressed, Dr Grimes repeatedly came in asking if I still wanted to wait. I will have to say, although I had never known Dr. Grimes until that day, he was very precious and kind. I think he was amazed at my devotion and trust in Dr Phillips maybe. Finally, I agreed to let Dr Grimes deliver our son. He did a fantastic job. But that was the ONLY time in all the years that I ever saw anyone other than Dr. Phillips. Through all the years, he helped me with whatever problem I was facing; breast biopsies menopause, hot flashes etc and called me personally to check in on me, sometimes even after business hours.
Thank you so much Dr. Phillips for taking such good care of me. I will forever be grateful.

I wanted to let everyone know they need to try out Women's Health Partners for all their female issues. I was very nervous being so long since I had been. The whole staff was wonderful..They made me laugh and feel so comfortable. And during the procedure, Dianne Teal talked to me so it wasn't like dead silence or awkward. She was so friendly and very easy to talk to. Also the other members of the staff were great to work with as well. I give them an A+++++++++++ and I will recommend them to others. I had the best experience and they are all such great friendly people..

Dr. James Phillips is the Best!! It was a Monday I recieved a call from WHP and it was Dr. Phillips calling to let me know that I had a positive test for Trisomy 18. Dr. Phillips explained the diagnosis and had me come in the next week to go over my options. Of course I googled Trisomy 18 and talked it over with my family beforehand. So at my appointment I asked Dr. Phillips about continuing on with the pregnancy and he assured me he would take care of me. The good news and the bad news throughout my high risk pregnancy was delivered by Dr. Phillips himself. I was 47 days away from my due date when I went in to have a ultrasound after getting covid and my baby had no heartbeat. Dr. Phillips told me himself. He called before he left the office that same day to check in and help me plan my induction. It meant so much to me . He came to see before he went to the office and called every hour to see how I was doing. Even though my son was a stillborn. Dr. Phillips made sure I received the best care and I'm forever grateful.

I just came to have my annual check up done for the first time at this place, and let me just tell you, from the amazing Dr. Twyner all the way to the wonderful ladies at the front were truly God sent! I was SO pleased yesterday by how caring each individual I came in contact with, was towards me, because with them showing me their kindness and patience towards me was literally the best feeling overall! Thank you Women’s Health Partners for giving me the best first time experience! Can’t wait to see you all again! ❤

So I give 10 stars for Dr Smith & Dr Frederick.
I originally explained my situation, but after speaking to the practice manager, Angela I have a new perspective.
I apologize to WHP, Because had I of known I could reach out, I wouldn't of made a public review. If you have any issues or struggles, and feel like you do not have a voice, but need to be heard reach out to Angela! Because I promise things will get better! This place has alot of changes coming ahead of them, which requires long wait times, but needs paitence, as it will not always be like that. They are doing everything they can for everyone, and it's up to us to voice our concerns the right way, rather than going to social media. You need to have paitence, and understanding because they are just human beings,.trying to give you the best experience possible!
I hope you consider coming here, because the doctor's will NEVER disappoint you! I promise 💙

Dr xavier smith is the absolute best! He will stand by your side and answer as many questions as you want. He is never short with you. He makes sure you understand everything going on.
