Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We went to try their fried cheesecake bites. When I tell you fast service is fast. This is fast. This was fast service. We got the order in, and it was within a minute, it was fast. We got it. Fastly. Toe. This made me quit my fast.

The people were looking at us too much. That’s OK though. I would look at me too.

The cheesecake bites were delicious by the way. They were hot. They were good. They were not greasy, in a bad way. They remind us of the cheese curds that are fried. It really really seems to carry that flavor.

“It’s like if you got fried white cheddar bites, but made them cake. The water push thing on the ice machine was very hard to push and ended up. I ended up needing assistance. I just burped. And Mount Vesuvius seems to have become a hill. That’s all I have to say on that.”

I’ve eaten here more times than I’m willing to admit. I can’t recall ever have an issue with the food or service. Is everything always perfect? No, but it’s fast food, a heart attack in a sack.

Well I work at the Bremen location and I love it. I see some changes as with all fast food places but what alot of customers don't understand we try our best and yes we get super busy our kitchen forgets things and it's normal. All I ask is please be kind to us we may be dealing with stuff and not 100% but we do care about our customers......

We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, since they're always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies are good too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for a change and accomplishing something. On that subject, their salads are very good and a large proportion of food for the price

Zaxbys has improved and seems to keeping it's customers happy but is in need of remodeled

Julie was wonderful and patient. I had my daughter in line with me and she is very hyperactive. Julie was patient and genuinely didn’t seem bothered by it at all. She gave my daughter two cookies and took our order perfectly. I work customer service as well and understand the importance of people just like her.

I went for fast food and a hot meal, this is exactly what I got!! Thank you Zaxby!

The boy taking orders over the speaker tonight (I was there about 15 minutes ago) has absolutely MASTERED the art of customer service. I have never received such pleasant or friendly service at a fast food restaurant. I was missing mybextra Zac sauce but I'm not even mad because his attitude was so refreshing with all the things going on in the world right now.

Tried the Zensational salad and was very impressed. Little egg roll was hot but rest of salad cool. Slaw and drizzled dressing was better than I expected. Could use more chicken on it but great otherwise. Wait was not too bad either at lunchtime.

Great and FAST ORGANIZED service!!! Manager is doing it perfectly! We had to wait so long for other fast food restaurants but this Zaxbys has the best service. Will be visiting again!

Lady's are always very nice and helpful

Always a favorite of mine. Love the grilled chicken zalads!!! Chose the drive thru during this visit. Excellent customer service, which is a rarity these days from a fast food restaurant!!

I love, love, LOVE this Zaxby's. The staff is on point at all times and so helpful and friendly. My order is always correct and delicious! I eat here for lunch at least twice a week. Great job you guys!!!!

First off I always get good service here and this zaxbys is definitely the most professional... I lost my phone when i left and Kylee was a great help... she went above and beyond as did Allison... they even picked up some of the trash bags and help look for it because I thought I might have thrown it away... kindness goes a long way and with the work force the way it is now it's hard to find good help... I've learned as a small business owner the ones that work harder deserve better pay an raises... thank you all for making my day...

I absolutely love the fried chicken philly with out the garlic sauce. It was worth the trip

By far one of the best Zaxbys in West Ga, I frequent with place and rarely have any issues that are within the control of the workers here. Lived in the area for almost 2 years now and have always received excellent service. Feel free to stop by, don’t take my word for it.
