McDonald's

Ordered via drive thru.

It was evening and there was delay due to only one employee working apparently.

Ordered:
- Cinnamon
- Oreo McFlurry
- Fries
- Strawberry Milk Shake

Food was delicious.

Overall ok experience but nothing bad

Management seemed pretty lame for just keeping one guy on shift who was very stressed by the rush of orders.

My experience was definitely affected.

The staff here is so attentive. You can see that the manager respects his staff and the staff respects their manager. All you here was please and thank yous. The place was super clean too. This was on April 21, 2024 at 5:20pm.

I have to say McDonald's in Rocky Hill is without a doubt the best one around.
Fast Friendly Service which they are supposed to be right? Well they are, I try not to eat too much Fast Food but on the occasion that I'm in the area I will stop in.

It depends in the area you stop, some have nice and clean bathrooms, others dont. This one was very clean

I stopped going to certain McDonald's but this location in Rocky Hill was good my fries weren't cold or hard and my fish had just enough sauce and wasn't overcooked even the cheese was melted . Great service.

I’ve gone to this restaurant a few times late, after work. The young man I’ve dealt with has always been very pleasant, the food always good and hot.

The staff gave my McFlurry to the car in front.. and that was mine, so had to wait another 5 mins.. please get the order right!! Always something goes wrong at any McD with the orders😡

Can you guys bring back the grimace shake please I didn’t get to taste I went to McDonald’s with my grandma and didn’t have can guys make my day and bring it back on grimaces birthday

We stopped here on a road trip from NYC to Boston so our daughters could have breakfast. We were greeted quickly & politely at the counter. Our food was fresh and didn't take long. Most importantly the restaurant was clean including the restrooms. They also had a giant Easter tree which the girls loved - It was a Christmas tree with bunnies, eggs, garland, etc.

The food is swift especially if you order drive through. Place is clean and I believe the big Mac tastes better than many of the other mcds I have been to. The mobile order facility and always on deals are great too.

My family and I had a great experience at this location, and the customer service was above and beyond what I have come to expect from quick-service restaurants. HUGE shout out to Rose and the manager on duty for going out of their way to make our meal perfect!

This was the best McDonald's experience I ever had. I have never been to this location but I had to give them a good review because it was a very quick process in drive through, every single item was hot and fresh, the young man at the window was so polite and the ice cream machine was ACTUALLY working! Nice clean modern style with fresh hot food.
The fries were hot the burgers are juicy. Good job.👍

I always liked this McDonald's. The people there are much more polite and understanding than the people at the berlin turnpike location, and they almost always got my order right. Their fries are also lighter on salt so they aren't literally drowning in salt like other locations I've been to the last couple of years. Shame I moved to PA and lost this location.

Great people and restaurant. I like when people don't push me out door. Basically here you go have a great day and walk away. Well this restaurant actually had respect and let me have time to gather and go. They waited for me to be ready.

Of all The McDonald’s in my area this one is my favorite. The staff is really friendly. The whole facility was extremely clean. My son was upset because he wanted a specific toy they had at the time but it’s not what he got in his happy meal. The manager on staff went back and got the one he wanted and bring it to our table. They really do make sure their customers are satisfied. My go to store!

Had Great Customer service , I have to say Bubbles was amazing and was super helpful with the order. Very organized , speedy service, and everything came out fantastic !! Excellent Employee!

We stopped here on a long drive to grab a quick drink and snack. It was clean, plus I noticed the high chair trays were cleaned and wrapped in plastic (which would have been great if my kids were still young).

Best customer service i think I've ever seen at a McDonald's. It was also super clean inside.

Quick hot and fresh... At lunchtime too!
