The Home Depot

I went to buy mulch. Asked associate at register if I could buy mulch and drive around and pick up. He said” he didn’t think they did that” He tried to find the person who helps with mulch. Was unable to locate. He then said I’ll get it for you. Rang up my order, told me to pull up my car and he loaded it.
He was a college student going to UConn in fall.

Clean, organized. Like any other home depot. Had a lot of succulents in so many beautiful colors. Went for a GFI outlet, they had what we needed and was easy to find. Can't help but feel like its becoming more of a self service type of store. Still, got what we came for and had a good experience.

I went to Home Depot to get a water hose line. Brandon was able to pin point me in the right direction and actually help me out and got me the right water hose line. Great job Brandon.

Great store because I received GREAT customer service from ARMANDO !! What a nice guy ! He was so well informed of the products. He helped me pick out what product would be best for me on (4/28). He was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me load the heavy product into my car. It’s not often that you can go to Home Depot and actually have someone who helps you as great as Armando helped me ! Thank you ! I will only be returning to this store location for now on because of his awesome service with me as a customer ! Great store- great help

Luis at Pro Desk is amazing. One of best customer service people I’ve ever worked with. Where everyone at customer service desk couldn’t figure out how to figure out my situation and told me it couldn’t be figured out Luis did. Gave the extra effort. This is not the first time. Home Depot promote this guy!!!

I had no clue what I needed for a specialty fix, and Robin took the extra time to help me find a solution. Thanks, again!

I gave the Glastonbury Home Depot 5 stars only because of Pete. Pete was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful, assisting me with high professional care. Before I found Pete, I met not helpful employees: one kid half-asleep while texting, one woman who sent me to two wrong aisles, and one guy who said he knew nothing outside his aisle and was not allowed to leave it.
Thank you Pete, for your Service as well! I hope management gives you a rise/promote you in recognition if your professionalism and skills.

Rich in the plumbing department was helpful and funny! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed when we thought there were none left of the faucet we wanted. Appreciate his help!

So this home depo online makes mistakes sometimes its annoying!! The reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because of a lady named TERI she is awsome!!! Been work here 30 years n home deop would be lost with out her

I am going there again today, my favorite store. Most Home Depot stores would get at least 4 stars and the Glastonbury & Manchester get 5 stars. Why, because I like them. The help are knowledgeable and friendly and the store has so many nice things, like tools. Joann Fabrics is my worse store and my wife's favorite. There seems to be a difference between men and women, go figure.

Just moved to the area and everyone at this Home Depot is always so nice! They are always eager to help. The supervisors and managers are always on top of things and willing to assist. So happy that this store is only 5 minutes from my home!

Favorite home depot! Always a great trip wether I'm picking up wood or paint etc, it's a great store with professional staff!

My experiences at this location have been fantastic! The other week I stopped in to look at appliances and returned this week to place the order.

My order was a little complicated because I wanted an applicance that was back ordered and a vanity (different department). Nancy and Bob took great care of me to accurately process my orders and ensure that I knew what to expect. Nancy was able to recommend a different model due to a logistics concern and Bob helped me work out an issue with a new credit account. Both were exceedingly professional and helpful! The guys at the service desk were also willing to pull a large box from the shelves and load it into my vehicle for me.

The staff at this location made my experience easy and stress free.

This is my preferred home depot location, it is easily accessible from all the major highways in the area (route 2, route 3, I-84, I-91, and route 15) as they all converge within a few miles, and the exit is right across from the store.
Besides the location, it is a large, very clean store with lovely employees who are very helpful. I also enjoy the children's activities they offer, and the work shops they also offer for home owners to learn to do their own home improvements (check schedule at store for both). Definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic end to end choices at great prices. I have spent good money here on home improvement over the last 3 years; i wish i had taken their credit card at the start, would have saved big time, wonder if they will give some kind of retro credit for the purchases if i take the card now. Very customer friendly staff, always felt welcome here.

My husband and I went to the Glastonbury CT location today. Anthony helped us check out. He was extremely polite and very willing to help us. We were very happy with our experience.
