Staff has always been friendly. They have helped me find the right size package for the least amount of money.

The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem

The company has improved with delivery. Their staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. I have been very satisfied with their services for the past few years.

Ordered a package in early June. Greencastle, PA received it with some sort of "acceptance" process. Now it's early July and my package is still pending in the "acceptance" process and no one is being forth coming on what's going on, why it's taking so long or even when I'll finally be getting my package. I only give 3 stars today because they've been reliable when it comes to handling my packages but no package should take a month to deliver.
USPS: YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

I remember when the lines came out the door until they upped their price. They also try to scam you into paying the most and with adding services they come included. 100 dollar insurance comes with the Ground option.

Very disappointed in service received today. I drove from my home to retrieve a small package that had arrived at the post office after mid day. It was already a few days late and I didn't want to wait till the next day. The
postal employee in the office declined to do the simple task of retrieving my package and handing it to me. Same simple request had been handled cheerfully a few times in the past but today was considered too much trouble. Didn't even give it a minute to look after I drove to town. I'm kind of shocked.

If you want great customer service, take a ride up to Shady Grove post office. It’s worth the drive.

My family owns a local business. We have had multiple times in the last couple months where we are getting mail for businesses on the other side of 81, our neighbors get it or it's not being delivered at all. We have been waiting all day for a very important package for a customer today "that was out for delivery" but no one in our shopping center even had their mail delivered today. We are very disappointed in the services they are providing

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment and according to my tracking number it was delivered to my mailbox. I checked the mailbox MULTIPLE times for it not to be there. Reached out to the office and they claim that there was no number on the box. They stated they contacted the driver who claimed she still had it and stated it would be delivered at the end of her run. I’m STILL waiting for the package hours later.

Horrible customer service such as packages delivered damaged in spite of being very well packed, mail delivered to the wrong address and mail not being put through mail slot and being blown all over the yard when I get home. I have had mail sent to me that I never received on multiple occasions. Also any time I try to call USPS with a problem I have an hour wait. They are overall are a pathetic joke.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with, rude, they NEVER answer the phone. Deliveries are sporadic, lots of times deliveries aren't made if driver doesn't feel like moving. No wonder no-one uses USPS anymore. I wish Amazon wouldn't so I wouldn't gave to deal with these people.
