Boy does this place pack a punch! When you walk in (depending on time of week) you are greeted with the smell of smoked food as you enter the food is on the left. Once you enter there is so much to see. Smoker, grills, more smokers, green eggs and so much more. Pellets of all kinds and wood chips. Seasonings, rubs and sauces to choose from. A variety of manufacturers are present on all things. Be sure to ask about the lunch specials and if they have any discounts on items. In addition they have paperwork and can help you sign up for BBQ classes to learn the skills you may or may not have. Don’t feel intimidated. Everyone starts somewhere! The prices are comparable for seasonings, rubs and sauces as other stores. Don’t forget to get your grilling/smoker accessories as well!! So get ready to become the grill master / pit boss you are and show your friends and family the skills you got! Go check this place out!!

It was hard to decide what barbacue was the greatest because they were great. I especially loved the egg nog!!! Keep having these, and maybe remember to bring my scissors next time to get sharpened.

Eric and his crew are always very helpful. Loved the 4 different cooking classes I've attended. A little pricey but worth it. They give you the confidence in knowing how to prepare the different meats.

I purchased a new pellet grill from mason dixon recently. I noticed that it was not working properly so I contacted them about it. They were very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem but I still could not fix it myself. They not only came to my house to get the grill, they also dropped off another grill for me to use for the meantime until they could get me a new one.
I’m very happy with the customer service and I love my new grill.

5 Star place, with excellent staff. We was traveling thru PA and stopped to see if they had a specific grill in stock. They did not have the grill I was looking for, but they did an amazing selection.

They have a very nice rub and sauce room, that is worth visiting if your in the area.

Staff was friendly, and made sure every visitor was taken care of and helped.

I wish we had a store like this in VA, this is an amazing establishment!

Great small store for the BBQ fan. They carry a wide selection of delicious marinades, sauces, dry rubs and exotic hot sauce. In addition they have excellent grills and smokers for with a variety of accessories and utensils to make a great BBQ. If you are a fan of cooking outdoors this is the place for you.

Took a class there. Lots of fun learning from some very knowledgeable folks. This is my second class and I learned more than the first one. Definitely a great place to learn about smoking!

Just completed the chicken/rib boot camp with Eric and his awesome crew. One of the best days I have spent learning and cooking some great food. Thank you guys for putting on such a great class.

That Friday lunch is amazing just be sure to call about two days ahead if you wanna make sure they will save your order other wise it's till they sell out (they are very nice over the phone and in person make the call save your order and enjoy)
