Great customer service and super quick. The two cheeseburger meal and apple pies were delicious but the star was 100% the fresh, hot, perfectly salted fries. They look like the commercial here and the fries are always full! Can’t wait to have some more.

Even at 1 in the morning they got fresh sweet and unsweetened tea. The food is always fresh, even the fries are fresh and not over salted. The ladies that work here are sweet, honest and hard working. I would recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone who wants fresh quality food and friendly service.

I came in2 look for the manager with braids was told she doesn’t work on weekends.i wanted to thank her for being kind and patient you should definitely have more people like her in there.

Finally got a shake, had a 7 item order that took 25min to prepare.

Extremely friendly at this McDonald's. Good knowledge of what comes on the food and service with a smile and a thank you.

I was on my electric bike with a helmet and they don’t like helmets inside 🤧
So I ordered curbside and i asked if he could put the drink in the cardboard holder and then into a bag , like they do with deliveries so that it would be easier for me to carry. He didn’t even hesitate and did it for me ! Thank you Alexander! Good guy!

I can't say much I mean it's fast food but what I can tell you is; It was a large order which was ready within 3 minutes in a full drive through and we were last. They must have gotten a raise because they were awfully happy to serve me that day and I will say the food was put together perfectly (not falling apart sliding all over the place) and it was fresh and hot!! Also all my special orders were done correctly. It made my morning.

They had a bus trip come in and they handled it very well.

Fast service and friendly personal. Very professional n always has smiles n wishing me a good day. Met a worker Daisy at the McDonald's on Riverside Blvd.,that went up n beyond her job duties! Great personality and she needs to be acknowledged by management.

Always a fast meal. Nice atmosphere. Great staff, they are so nice. Someone is always cleaning something. Nice looking and bathroom's too. Great deals are on menu. Thank the time to look twice, the verities are vast. No problems 99% of the time, but lift does happen. They are that good I can overlook the two mess ups I've had in two years. Now that's great odds. Enjoy with family or friends. Maybe even both.

I ordered the tinder's for the 1st time. The young lady was very patient with me because I was not sure about this item. Before she knew it, her team member made the order and gave it to me., good team work. The tenders were great.

I tend to use the drive-thru today I had a large order so I decided to go inside. All I ordered was cheeseburger, fries, & chicken nuggets. I can honestly say the fries were the smallest part if the order. Sometimes I enjoy seeing the expression on the employees faces freaking how and wondering if it was a joke. The manager handled everything perfectly. Sorry I didn't get his name

Today's drive thru service was exceptionally well! This McDonald's has been rumored to be low on the customer service end but I didnt notice a spec of that this time around. It was a busy hour(beginning lunch time) cars were wrapped around the building and we were in and out with fresh food in less then 7min! Keep it up Riverside McDonald's!

Some days service is fast other you have to wait 25-30 minutes for food

Mcdonald's nuggets from trays instead of fried

We got a couple big breakfast on Sunday so my wife didn't have to cook. Ordered some extra stuff with it too but got EVERYTHING quickly and efficient and it was all warm too.

The people there are really nice, and respectful, and the food is very tasty. I love the ice coffee, and they're chicken nuggets, and fries 😋 👍 n much more...

Served us burgers with 5 minutes left in breakfast. Fresh and delicious! And the syrup in the soda machine was nice and sweet. Great experience.

I literally drive from right over by the auburn street McDonald's to come to this one because it is so much better. The staff is always super helpful and friendly and the food is almost always perfect!

Went up to the speaker, ordered, I just pull forward, don't need to be told pay, pick up my vittles and leave. Plain and simple.
