I've always been treated fair at Fleet Pride. Charles, the service manager, is hands down the most knowledgeable diesel man in town! They handle just about any repair on any brand truck or trailer. I always get fast service at a fair price. It's a drama free, straight forward experience from the time you walk in until the time you drive out!

We were traveling north from Baton Rouge, LA , stopped in Texarkana, AR on a Saturday afternoon and discovered one of the wheel bearings on our travel trailer had disintegrated. Nothing was open on Saturday or Sunday. Called Fleet Pride Monday morning and was told to bring it in. They had it repaired and ready to go that afternoon at 4pm. Price was very reasonable for such quick service.

Was driving through Texarkana frantically trying to find any place that would look at my busted A/C on my RV. Charles Walker (service manager) answered the call and immediately gave me hope that they could help. I arrived and Charles personally handled my rig over the course of four hours (they were busy). Knowing that their RV hourly rate is impressive but competitive, he kept checking in with me to explain what they were investigating. We finally had an “ah ha” moment and he wrapped up the repair. I was billed for 30 minutes. Charles and his team saved my day, and my dogs from suffering through the Texas heat. 10 stars if I could give them.

Went in for a trailer airbag leveling valve, and rod replacement. The service mgr, came out to pre-check the problem before backing in the bay for the mechanic to start. Asked some filler questions, and they started asap, which was surprising , seeing they had a few trucks in other bays already(around 3:30pm).They kept me updated , and got me out by 5pm .No screwing around on the clock. I've always like them for parts; now I can add their service side to my list. Good job guys! I appreciate it!

They need to give me a Job I'm more then qualified for the job of diesel technician and trailer mechanic

I had a issue with my clearance lights on my trailer and my abs on my truck did not know if I would get out of there the same day but I did good quality work five stars from me

Their parts department SAVED MY DAY- literally. They found a seal, overnight, that nobody in the area had or could GET! Thanks again folks!

This place saved my ass, period. Local freightliner was about to screw me over 10 ways to Sunday, I lucked out and found this place. Had a good oil leak and freightliner was saying rear structure and needed to go back to the main shop. Limped it to Patriot and they found the oil collector was leaking. Had it changed and back on the road same day for under $300. Freightliner was talking over a week and over $10k. Thanks Patriot!

While fueling my MH at a truck stop just north of Texarkana I discovered an oil leak on my right front hub. There were no parking spots available at the truck stop so I moved to the rest area just north. The next morning I popped the hub cab and found that the wheel bearing was overheating despite adequate lube. I started calling around, Fleet Pride was my second call. They immediately sent a mobile repair unit to determine if repairs needed to be done on site or I could limp back to their shop. The latter was possible so off we went. I expected to have to wait my turn while other jobs already in progress where completed, but they pulled me right in, got to work, and had me back on the road by mid-afternoon. They had the parts and did the job. Thanks guys.

The prices on the parts are not bad considering how things are sky rocketing everywhere, but they were a little slow taking care of customers, but what can I say that's everywhere now day's the girl that help me she did her best to help me getting my parts thank you

When everyone else said they couldn't, Patriot said I'll do everything I can. Got me in on Friday and did what he said he would do. Very nice folks. Clean nice shop.

As I was driving with a load from Laredo tx to Decatur IL my coolant hose from the compressor to engine block went out! Long story short showed up at 8am and got me on the road by 10am!! Thanks to all the staff very professional

Absolutely the best place to take your truck they are polite they give you the best answer they know they also say don't quote me over the phone till they look at the truck they do there very best to get you in and out in a timely manner would take my truck back there.
