I had a package never received and I called and I spoke with Dawn she was highly professional and went throughout her way to find a solution so I can get my package. She was so kind and you can tell she is very compassionate for what she does. If y’all need help with your package or anything ask for Dawn !!! Thank you queen !!

The Post Office is located in the heart of South Grand Prairie. The reps are always friendly and fast! Package pickup is even faster! Not many people still use the old fashion postal approach, but I love the hands on customer service experience.

We visited the W Westchester Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Post Office today to close a PO Box and forward our mail. Amy was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She walked us through every step (it's much more complicated now than it used to be) and took the extra time to ensure our Box rental was cancelled and reassured us that she would keep an eye out and let us know if there were any unexpected issues. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Amy, for being such a pleasure to work with!

I just needed to securely drop something in the mailbox and I wanted to be able to do it from inside the post office.

I’ve been coming to this post office for the past three years. I have almost always received (except one time) great service and the staff is very efficient. I mail a handful of packages every month or every other month. The mail usually moves quickly and I’ve never had any of my mail lost or delayed. I much rather drive to this location even if I am somewhere closer to another PO.
Anyway, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews, I honestly think this is one of the better post offices!

They were helpful with my questions and concerns.

Jackie was very professional over the phone on tracking my express mail .. called back a second time talked to a different person sorry don’t remember the name but also gave me good information about my express mail .... got to my mailbox on a timely manner..

Love my local mail people from this location. They are awesome. granted there are times I may have a bit of a wait inside the office, they seem to be doing there best and when engaged are actually nice people and helpful. That has been my experience.

In the 18 years that I've been using the Westchester USPS Office, the employees have always been fast, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The place is clean, cheerful, and the lines move fast. It's a great neighborhood post office.

The reviews had me worried about dropping off my package here, but I was in a hurry, and surprisingly, the experience was quick and painless. The person behind the counter was friendly and had me on my way. I guess I must be lucky.

Best post office ever. I go out of my way to go there. Runs smoothly and they actually bring up extra tellers when it gets busy and the line gets to long.

Excellent location with a drop box after hours. No complains whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
