Jake and Brandon were amazing! They delivered our sofa bed so quickly and carefully. They even maneuvered the couch through our weird hallway with ease. I was so impressed!
We love our Stanton Sofabed! The woman who helped us in the store really knew her stuff and saved us a good chunk of change. They really care about their customers and not just the biggest sale. Highly recommend. The store itself its stunning!

We had a delightful experience at the Warrenton Roby’s when we went in search of new reclining chairs. Saleswoman JRC was very patient as we went around the store sitting in various chairs. She answered all our questions without one bit of pressure to purchase. We left happy!
A few days later Alex and Sam rolled up to our house and made short work of removing our old recliners and replacing them with our lovely Stressless chairs and ottomans.

Alex and Adam installed my Roby's internet order of a Fisher & Paykel gas range and were professional, courteous, and did a great job! Very pleased with their efficiency and conscientiousness. And of course I'm thrilled with the Fisher & Paykel range.

Ordered a range and micro hood vent to be installed. Alex was amazing, worked hard, and was very professional and did a great job installing the hood vent. After he unloaded the range we realized I had ordered the wrong one. Alex was very gracious and helpful in advising me how best to move forward and Beth on the store end was more than accommodating in helping me order the correct stove, totally hassle free, easy and at no additional costs! We will definitely be doing more business with this fantastic, local, family owned business!!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new couch, so we decided to see what Roby’s had to offer. We visited the Warrington, OR location and were very impressed with their showroom. We were greeted quickly upon arrival and found a couch we both fell in love with. We worked with Jennifer to get the couch ordered. We were told it will take 10-12 weeks to arrive, and we very excited it only took 8. The delivery team, Jake and Waylon, were awesome! Very friendly, careful and quick to get the couch installed. I expect we will look to Roby’s when we’re in the market for more furniture.

It was time to purchase a new dishwasher so I went to Roby's. Drena immediately greeted me and offered assistance in helping me choose my new appliance. Her knowledge and expertise was extremely helpful. Then, Alex and Sam delivered my new Bosch dishwasher exactly when promised. Five star delivery service all the way around! Outstanding from start to finish. I will definitely use Roby's again.

From the moment we entered the store, until today’s delivery, these folks are great! Super customer service, including the store manager; and today’s delivery was seamless. Alex and Sam were careful not to bump walls or damage our wood floor as they brought everything in, and they were polite and professional as well! Couldn’t be happier!

Replaced our 36 year old Sub Zero refrigerator with a new one from Roby's. We needed a crane to make the switch. Adam and Alex made 2 preparation visits to plan the installation so that everything went great. Thank you Adam and Alex.

Jake and Valentine handled our delivery perfectly. They were patient during a slight wait for us, then were cautious with floors and surroundings when moving our heavy dresser. Very kind and professional. Great assembly on Jake’s part too.

We LOVE our new Stanton reclining couch/love seat set! It is so soft, cozy and comfortable.

We just received our new chairs from Roby's Furniture in Warrenton. Jennifer was wonderful to work with during the purchase, and Jake and Sam did a great job during the delivery. The chairs are beautiful and we can't wait to start using them. We will definitely shop Roby's again.

The in store staff was great to work with and not pushy in any way but were courteous and very helpful.

My wife and I purchased a new retro style dining table and chairs and a leather reclining love seat. All pieces are beautifully crafted and we are so happy with our purchases.

LOVE our new Loveseat ! Juan , our salesperson was beyond patient with us, very informative, friendly and so very helpful! Bryan & Adam, who delivered our loveseat, carefully took out our old sofa and carefully brought in our new one, set it up exactly where we wanted it. They were courteous, cordial and efficient! We would definitely buy are next sofa from Roby's, I think we will have it for a long while!

Pleasant shopping experience without undue pressure from sales associates. Ordering our couch was quick and easy. Delivery was effortless with Jake & Valantine and they even carried away our entertainment center we no longer wanted - free of charge! Would shop here again.

The washer I ordered last week came today and arrived on time. Sam and Jake were polite, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with their professionalism. It was a good experience. And I love my new Electrolux washer!

We purchased a sofa and had it delivered by Jake and Valentine. We live in a 5th wheel with a very small doorway, both managed to get up the stairs and through our narrow doorway. They also removed our old sofa. Both were very professional and hard working and showed up within the appointment time.
