Bought my tile for my new house with lots of great design advice. Mandi greeted me when I walked in, and spent time with me to lay out two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. She was so kind and knowledgable. Everything went smoothly and we love the tile in our house!

We have purchased tile from you in the past and recently. Always a pleasurable experience. This was my first experience with your personnel doing the fabrication and install. Tim and Four were very professional and did a great job. The office staff Mandy and Seigred (sp) made sure we had all the options available to choose from. The result is a great new granite counter top just the way we asked for it. Wonderful to work with friendly professionals. On time and for the price quoted. All in all a great experience.

Tiffany was great from start to finish. She helped us find exactly what we wanted and had it shipped in from Canada. The installation was one of the most professional I’ve seen. They were meticulous about every aspect. All the workers were courteous, kept everything clean and finished the project on time. I had a new shower install and heated tile floors. Amazing workmanship!

We just replaced all of the countertops in our home and Bergerson has done an amazing job. We chose quartz and full height backsplashes for the kitchen. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the installers were very friendly and respectful of our home. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

I've had the great pleasure of having the Bergerson crew working in my home over the last week or two. While the work is not quite complete, I wanted just to share that these guys are top notch! They have been respectful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, NEAT, precise and ever so pleasant to have around. They have taken great care to make certain the tile layout was just as I wished it to be, I appreciated the painstaking manner in which they laid everything out and measured and took all into consideration before even cutting the first piece of tile. But once they did, they got down to business and knocked out the work. If a question came up, they made sure to check with me. If an unforeseen delay occurred, they called. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up and a neat workspace was left behind, no messes to walk into. If you are fortunate enough to have Rogue or Matt, Trask or Ginny, Wes or Steve come to do work in your home, know that it will be expertly done. Thank you, Bergerson's, for my beautiful new shower room, vanity and front entry. I'll know who to hire for my next project.

From start to finish everyone involved with our bathroom project was fantastic! Tiffany, at Bergersen, was wonderful at presenting design options and great at communicating the coordination of very skilled subs. The project was completed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.

We did a kitchen remodel about a year ago and have ordered additional cabinets since. Tiffany has been consistently professional and has contributed helpful ideas. I especially like her positive attitude and her attention to detail in making sure each cabinet is just right. Bergerson's also did granite countertops for us and a fireplace surround which turned out even better than I could have expected.

Regarding the negative review on cabinets: These are not veneered cabinets, they are plywood boxes with solid wood face-frames and doors. I am a woodworker who has built cabinets and I know the difference. The imaginary rude tile guy would be better described as jolly. I still call him when I have questions about laying tile. He is always friendly and helpful. Please check the reviews on other sites if you have doubts.

Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select our countertop and backsplash. I emailed my plans off my phone right there in the store and had a quote in just a few days. Since we live out of their area they contracted Wall to Wall out of Vancouver to do the template and installation. Ginny kept us informed on every step of the process through email and phone calls. We’re very impressed with the way she communicated within minutes of any changes (the installation truck broke down on the way, nobody’s fault and a late model well appointed vehicle). Our countertops look great an came out as we expected. We would happily do business with them again .

We had our Kitchen cabinets and countertops done by Bergersons. They were professional and did an awesome job. I would reccomend them for any tile, stone and cabinet job. They are the best in the business.

Bergerson Tile recently remodeled our bathroom with spectacular results. Charlie, Bergerson's tile and marble installer, is a dying breed; he is a combination artist, designer and engineer. This is the 7th bathroom I've had remodeled over a 40 year time frame (though the first time with Bergerson) and it is by far, the very best. The workmanship is unsurpassed.

Very friendly and nice! I went in to get a spare piece of tile for a project and she was able to get me and old display piece that worked perfect. I will be back in the future for my tile and granite needs.
