These folks at Hywaze are amazing. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I even got a freebie from my last visit. Now I have a reusable discreet battery for my carts.

Chad, Devon, Juanita and the rest of this crew have been more then helpful not only in the purchase of the fine products here but they helped lead me to a healthier lifestyle and mindset! It is uncommon to find good service. I don’t remember the lady’s name already but her act of kindness and professionalism really made my night. I have been going through some of the worse times right now and she really made my day so much better. I will be back to this location on Palm Bay road and will catch her name for next time but I just want to thank you again for the great experience. You don’t find that often anymore.

I stopped in yesterday to see if they had odium, they did not, at least not in the Palm Bay store. While I was there I looked at their large selection of vapes as I would prefer to vape than smoke. I will say that I am EXTREMELY picky on the flavor and brand of vape I’ll get. It can’t be icy, it can’t be too sweet, and it has to hit your throat just right, the closer feel to a cigarette the better. Most smoke shop people hate customers like me because while I know what I want, brands change constantly and so I don’t know what I want if that makes sense.

There was a really very nice and helpful customer rep named Chris working behind the counter annd he informed me of a great clearance sale going on where vapes were marked down to $5 and $10. I explained to him the type of vape I was wanting and that I used vapes in place of cigarettes as a way to try and quit cigarettes. Surprise surprise, he actually listened and I think for the first time since I’ve started vaping I got somebody behind the counter of a vape shop that knew what I wanted from my description. Now let me add here that I have boycotted several smoke shops (iSmoke being one of them) because the then rude sales person didn’t care what I had to say (considering I told him I HATED icy vapes) and as a red had no clue what I was really wanting. He simply upsold me the most expensive vape and assured me I would love it. Well, when I absolutely hated the ICY vape that I was talked into buying they wouldn’t offer even a $5 discount towards the one I WENT IN to get, so I threw in the ICY vape in the trash and never returned to the store. Given the previous experience at iSmoke I must say that I am more than happy with Hywaze and Chris. I ended up with a vape (2 actually) that were EXACTLY what I wanted, all thanks to Chris, and his great customer service.

Chris, thank you so much for taking the time to listen to me and for the googling as I spoke to you. You made an awesome recommendation that was an absolute winner! This particular location is my new go to spot for all things smoke related! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. The best customer service, the best prices and the best vapes are right here!!!

Best Lost Mary flavors in town. Moved here in 2018 and my man Devon has been helping me ever since. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely patient and always looking out for my best interest. One of the few left who still care. “Good employees stay where they feel valued” make sure you take care of that man!! Customer for life.

Hywaze is our go to smoke shop, friendly clean and has everything you need, and things you didn’t even know you needed! Today we were helped by Chris, and he was super friendly and patient, very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Always love looking at the glass when we come in too!

The workers are always very friendly and knowledgeable! The prices are super fair and their rewards program is great! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came unprepared trying to replace glass for my pipe and got the wrong piece. While I wasn’t able to return, they did give me a discount on the correct glass piece when I came back, so that was dope! I’ll be back for sure.
