First Wopper in 5+ years!
Stopped in while on a road trip . Dining room was clean. Restrooms were clean. Food was awesome.
Old-school whopper with cheese can’t be beat when made properly flame brown goodness like it always taste !

We stopped in this AM to get a quick breakfast.
The staff was so friendly, fast & personable!
I have never written a review for fast food but I felt they deserve a shout out.
The food was hot & fresh !

Tried to go to the bk on Babcock closer to 11:20, they greeted me but had me wait 20 minutes before telling me they were closed. Made it to this location 10 minutes before closing and these guys were awesome and got me a family meal in under 5 minutes. Shoutout to the night crew Jimmy Nick and josh for making my night after a long shift!! Y’all rule

One star: This place is horrible. Don't go here. The fries are cold, the pie that is supposed to be refrigerated is hot, and I'm adding a picture of the "whopper" I got. My dad went to pick up our online order and they had nothing he ordered. Their shake machine was down, shocked. And since we ordered online over their app for pickup they said they couldn't refund us because we ordered online. 😒 I'm so disappointed.

Update NEW OWNERS?: THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING! The past few times I've been there they have really turned it around! Everything is amazing! Plus they go above and beyond to help you. Jake with the green short fluffy hair is great! I had an issue and he resolved it. They do have construction now but they still have great customer service and tasty food!

Besides the lobby area is coldness they still serves good food without any problems!

The atmosphere is totally better than it used to be. Forgive me for not recognizing when they remodeled but wow what an exciting difference the dining makes. It's clean and fresh. I tried the chicken Parm sandwich today and it sure didn't let me down. It was hot, the spaghetti sauce had a nice sweet taste but I would have enjoyed the chicken a little crisper. All in all, id definitely get it again. My husband doesn't know what his was called but he ate it pretty fast so id say he liked it. Only complaint he had was that it had a little too much mustard..

Place was dead when we walked in: Food was slow coming out, which would be fine if it was super fresh, but it was pretty stale. We'd asked for extra mayo and extra pickles. We got a huge glob of mayo and no pickles. Burgers and fries were all cold, and just... not good. Place was clean and people were friendly though. I love a good Burger King, but this location (like many) needs to tighten up on quality.

Drive thru was long but understandable for lunch rush. Order was done right and in a timely fashion.

I love burgers king and all but this one needs some help I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my meal and It was like 2 cars only in the drive thru and only If I know that I will wait the much I prefer to eat inside.

When we came it was SUPER busy due to the Christmas parade. The dining room had pretty a good layout and was nice and cold. We got in line and I went to use the bathroom. The bathroom had two stalls (at first I thought there was one.) Pretty clean! When it was our turn to order we got got chicken nuggets, and some whoppers. The drink fountain was unfortunately out of ice so no cold drinks, but then again it was extremely busy. The cashier and other staff were super nice despite this one rude Karen who kept returning her burger, throwing a fit about how the ice machine was out of ice, complaining about how slow they were (even though it was not even slow), complaining about how it was crowded. I admired how the staff kept up with the good attitude.

Raymond was by far one of the best employees I have met at this Burger King. His attitude and up beat personality made my visit most enjoyable. He made sure everything was correct and looked sharp doing so. He needs a raise!😁

They made me the Whopper with bacon no lettuce no onions with no problems it was the best Whopper I've had lately

The new remodel looks great! The food was fresh and good! The service was great and it was really relaxing to eat in there. Not the usual fast food feeling.

Ours fries were actually hot and crispy for the first time in a long time.. They usually taste and look like they've been laying under the heat lamp for quite awhile. Vegetables on the whoppers are fresh and crisp though. I love it when you can actually taste a crisp fresh onion.

Have not been here in years and my wife had a craving, I have to say we enjoyed out meal there and will visit again

Monica was very nice and the rest of the staff was as well. Food was hot and tasty. Seems like they have come a long way not only with the renovations but service and food quality as well.

Monica and the staff are amazing, all of our food was hot and perfectly made with love. The new dinning room looks great and I will definitely be back with my boys.

Went through drive thru. Everything came out HOT. Fries were good. Original chicken sandwich great. Crispy chicken sandwich good. Food good.

Good location, easy ingress and egress if you know how to navigate that area. [Enter from Malabar, exit onto Malabar or San Filippo Dr. if traffic is bad]. There are even some trees around the parking lot if you look for shade to park in. The service was fast even though I was there during the lunch rush, the food was good and the dining room was clean this time. Maybe they read the Google reviews and make the appropriate adjustments. Not to mention they have a few big cushy chairs if you wish to eat like the King himself!

Especially good servers were helpful wore mask. Bathrooms were supplied. Soap Dispensers were full and the food was hot and ready My order was fish Fresh with tartar sauce French fries With a small drink
