Very happy with the “skinny margarita” - no sugar and delicious and strong! Fajitas had a lot of shrimp in this order. The tacos were not the best ever but I like the variety they had on the menu - would try the fish tacos next time for sure. Overall happy there is a local spot for decent Mexican food!

Incredible food. Very reasonable prices. Way more food than you can get at most other local Mexican restaurants in Olde Town. I will be back very soon.

The food here is so good. I also highly recommend the margaritas. Our server was knowledgable and speedy. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are kind and passionate about their work. I had the beef enchiladas and my daughter had the beef taco kids meal.

Loved this restaurant! Our server Walter seated us quickly, took our order in a timely manner, brought our food and drinks quickly and checked on us multiple times! So friendly! We got the nachos and fish tacos and loved both!

Best enchiladas in Erie! The Jalisco enchiladas remind me of the ones I had in Jalisco, the drinks are stronger than any bar in town, and the staff are incredibly friendly and non-judgemental. Have been here about a half dozen times since moving here in November, and haven't regretted a single one.

We love this place. As transplanted New Mexicans, we are always looking for good flavor and hot green chili. While Santiago’s wins on heat; Wapos has the whole package. Good food, awesome servers, margaritas!

I have been coming here since pretty early on after they opened. It has been amazing to watch them continue to grow and get more and more business. They have a great group of staff and great food and margaritas. The coin margarita with reposado is my favorite but even the house margarita is delicious. Great quality food and very good value. It is well managed and we always feel appreciated and taken care of. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the area are live near by. It is a hidden gem.

My wife and I had a really nice meal here tonight. Our waiter Emilio was fantastic - full of energy. Drinks were quick and the food was delicious, what more can I say! We'll be back again 🙂

We stopped in and placed an order to go. Staff was busy but we were able to order at the bar. Everyone working was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Food was fresh and really good! The enchilada sauce was homemade and the enchiladas had a good amount of chicken and cheese. The sopa and beans were also good. We also tried the carnitas tacos and they were tasty with a nice crunchy taco shell. Definitely check out Wapos if you are in the Erie area.

Our server was awesome and our food was great. We had the tacos all pastor, soft relleno plate, and chicken torrilla soup. All were a hit. Definitely going to make Wapos a part of our regular spots.

Love the food And the staff are really friendly, but sometimes it takes a very long time to get somebody to come to your table. It doesn’t prevent us from going back, but I sometimes think there’s some disorganization in the kitchen and management.

Food is very good and reasonablly priced. I would like to see hard cider and craft beers on tap. I had a bottled IPA from California that was pretty good though. I will definitely go back again.

I wish there was more air circulation in the building but I loveee this restaurant's food. So tasty, filling, and makes you feel good afterwards. The vegetables taste fresh and come in larger cuts!

Y’ALL. Cannot get enough of this place. The owner and servers are so friendly and nice, and it’s seriously some of the best Mexican food my family has found in Colorado so far. They are wildly popular at dinner times (because ya know, the food is amazing) so they can get pretty busy, but if you aren’t super fussy about waiting 15-20 minutes for your food, you’ll have an amazing night. Don’t forget to order some margs too!

Sat at the bar and Victor was awesome and friendly. Was able to make a great spicy strawberry Marg. The tacos were a great portion and the atmosphere was welcoming and fun.

Still has a bit Old Mine atmosphere in it which we liked. Enrique was a great server and the food was delicious. I have a few items I will always try at a Mexican restaurant we go to for the first time and they all passed the test. Go in and enjoy.
