I took an amazing cooking demonstration class at this location, with Chef Paul. He was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful instructor. The meal that he made for us was incredible, absolutely delicious. Although it was a complex process, he made working with the ingredients seem effortless. Cooking has never been one of my talents, but this demonstration inspired me to keep trying new things. The class was appropriate for students of all skill levels. I was impressed by the large portions and quality of the meal we were served. It was a wonderful and memorable experience! I would recommend bringing your friends for a stress free evening out. This personalized demonstration was so much better than simply dining out. It was very entertaining, and highly educational. I look forward to attending more events like this one in the future.

I was having problems finding the right pan to replace some old ones, so I visited Williams-Sonoma in West Town Mall. It's the first store on the left once you enter the mall so easy to find. A friendly employee helped me narrow down the pan choices, and we found a set I liked, so I bought them.

The store is gorgeous! So many gorgeous things for the kitchen, and I could have spent quite some time admiring all of the beautiful tools. If you love to cook and want nice things for your kitchen, Williams-Sonoma is the place to shop.

The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and nice. Glad we found this place.

Wonderful staff members who are always so kind and helpful! I love the West Town Mall location, and they have a wide variety of pretty items to choose from.

We had the pleasure of having Tina assist us & she was top-notch! Kind, knowledgeable & customer focused! There were a couple of items that were not available in store & she quickly ordered them online for us.
She even made sure we were aware that they are moving to another mall location & will be closed for a couple of weeks - gave us her # to call & make sure they are back open. She’s a ROCK STAR!!!

We are not big fancy chefs but we’re in the market for knives so went in to browse. Staff was wonderful. Young guy who helped us was super friendly and helpful. He offered a lot of tips and when we still wanted to explore no pressure and suggested to go online as lots of options. We then picked up some calabrese (?) sauce a younger worker with short blonde hair shared all her favorite ways to use it and even some great places to eat around town. Wonderful service really helped make it a great visit.

Loved this place. I dont live near but wish I did. The gifts I've given from there were bigger hits than anywhere. Employees are very nice and will go out of their way to help. If you've never been you'll love it. Prices can seem a little high...for me. But they do have things with great deals. Many items had great prices. Go, you'll be glad you did.

They didn't have what I went in for, but they ordered it for me online and it will be shipped direct to my home in just a couple of days without shipping charges! Gotta like that! And the person that placed the order for me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I am getting what I wanted, and I saved a few bucks in the process!

High prices, but it is Williams-Sonoma so you know they are. The reason why I am giving 5 stars is because the "on the floor" staff are knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and respectful. I asked a few questions and was taken to the answer. I was not made to feel like I needed to buy it, I simply felt like the individual wanted to answer my question.

My fiance and I went here to register for our wedding and Mike was very helpful! He answered all my questions about knives and cookware and helped us choose pieces that best fit our cooking style. We'll definitely be back for future kitchen needs.

Needed my good knives sharpened with 2-day turnaround. Staff took care of it efficiently and had them ready to go when promised.

I love William-sonoma spice rubs. Always great knowledgeable sales people and friendly service. It's great to just explore what's new in their ever changing displays..holidays and season changes bring out great examples of food and decoration.

The new Knoxville West Town Mall store is beautiful. The store is much better laid out and the lighting is a massive improvement. One great store!!!

This particular store in Knoxville sell Nespresso machines but they don’t have their capsules for sale. Great customer service as always.

Love this store located inside West Town Mall. Every time I visit there is someone there to help. If they don’t have it in store they can order it online for you!

I was looking for a lettuce knife, we never found one, but I had so much fun with the staff I wound up buying other items. I will definitely be returning for more.

For a smaller store, they are very well stocked. Friendly and very helpful. We stop whenever we are in town.
