Food always feels fresh and the staff is very friendly. They also resolve any issue fast.

Got my food through delivery. Everything was perfect and good was hot. Always like going in person as well since staff is always friendly and food is always 100%

I received great customer service today. I was ordering through drive thru, and this young lady name Brianna O. asked me if I was using the mobile app, took my order, repeated herself and was accurate with my order. I comment on her by saying she provides great customer service and with great enthusiasm. That’s what all employees should do because that’s what brings us back to McDonald’s.

Went to this McDonald’s on 301 ridge last week I had ordered 2 for 6 deal, but they had charged me a regular price and didn’t give me the right food, I told this lady with a Angel tattoo that they gave my order wrong but not only I told her I told another worker and they didn’t listen I went back to the register and there was this girl with purple hair and I asked her about it and she right away took my receipt and she checked my order right she was the only one that seemed to care everyone else was goofing off and doing nothing she gave me my right food and apologized deeply she was nice and sweet about it didn’t even give me attitude like the other person. This McDonald’s is the worst place to eat we need more people like her!!

My son woke up wanting a happy meal toy with the box during breakfast hours. The employee at the drive thru window was very accommodating and polite.

So i stopped by this certain Mcdonald’s and literally best experience i’ve ever had here…. so there was this worker i think named Genesis.. and she really treated me with care and was extremely nice… she deserves a raise!! if i were her manager i would definitely think about giving her a raise and treating her nicely!! :)

The manager is so friendly and so are the workers! I messed up my order on my side and they were able to fix it for me. They were so nice about it too. I was greeted with a smile and told to have a great day. Do recommend to everyone!

Inside was to cold. We heard more customers complained the same. Everytime we come ist to cold.

What I love about this location is that they're always so fast and make little to no mistakes on orders.

I choose the 2 for $6 10 piece McNuggets and Quarter-pounder and it was delicious. Both were hot and fresh. Cooked to order. So good.

We ordered our food and before we could even sit down our food was ready. The facility was very clean.

Much better service. Fairly priced meals. After several months decided to dine in. Very clean and relaxing. Food was good. The fish filets were good. Will return.

Good fast food and the price is great. 20 piece nuggets and a tea for a good price, and the food tastes great. In and out quickly with very little waiting, service is always top level with staff ready to help.

The service is wonderful and the food it's self is great, i simply suggest that if the machine for the ice creme is not working i understand that but when the employee lies about it now that's just straight up messed up bruh cuz i want me some ice creme

I will for always love this McDonald's, granted the lady that hands you the food in the window in the morning always has some attitude, the line is always fast, haven't messed up any order of mine and never missing piece of food from the bag.

It has a wonderful interior, AWESOME FOOD ,and you get your order fast and even if it takes long you'll be comfortable in the chairs they have.😊😊😊❤❤❤
