I get a half a Regular Italian often just how they Serve it Lettuce Tomato Onion Oregano and Olive Oil but I add Red Wine Vinegar 😋 Love it and Say Yes to that side of Hot Peppers...Yum its The AC Bread
Update 6/28/24 : Decided to get The Chicken Cutlet Parmesan instead of The Regular Italian and Their Chicken Cutlets are Awesome Fresh and Tender with Provolone and The AC Bread 🍞 Perfecto

Huge subs for great price. Cold subs, steak subs, chicken subs, salads, burgers, vegetarian, kids section, soups and lots of sides like, onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, nuggets and wings even chicken salad, coleslaw and potato salad. They even cater.
The staff was friendly and kind.
Subs are huge you are warned...

I'm new to the area and was overwhelmed with all the food options and I just wanted chicken tenders and fries. After a quick Google search, a review convinced me that this place was my best bet. I placed a delivery order and was surprised at how little the delivery charge was! Way less than Door Dash or Uber Eats. Food arrived in less than an hour and was hot and delicious. Some of the best french fries I've ever had!

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a little girl!! When I say the food is so good and such delicious flavor such a staple when we get here

I've had their stuff shells in the past and they are awesome. The Cheese and sauce combination is excellent. this time I stopped just to get a simple, cold sub and again all the ingredients were fresh. The help is very courteous and helpful. I've never had a bad experience in the place

Came here for the first time for lunch. I am working in the area away from my home in north jersey. I needed somewhere quick. The waitresses were extremely nice. Definitely will be coming back when im back in the area for work.

I love their chef salad ! Loaded with very fresh vegetables, tons of fresh deli meat and really good dressing. Excellent quality and quantity. My son got french fries with his super cheesesteak and we were concerned they would be soggy when delivered. Not so. Arrived hot and crispy. Thank you for your consistently great food.

Staff is always friendly and acknowledge me when I come in. Wings are DELICIOUS!

Been coming here since I was a kid. They have great subs and other food! They did change their fries but they are still good. Staff is always friendly. They serve birch beer which is a plus. Recommend this place for everyone.

Huge variety on the menu! Very friendly folks working here. Had a salad topped with a cheeseburger patty. Burger was cooked and seasoned well and salad was fresh. You get a lot of food for the price!

My favorite sub place! Great bread. Chicken cheesesteak is great! Large fries and a side of cheese sauce delicious! Eat-in as the waitresses are always so friendly! Get the hot peppers on the side!!!!

Best cheese steaks ever!!! ! Been comming to sackos for years with my family , and husband. This location , and ventnor arwthe best. Egg Harbor township, needs to learn from these other locations , cause they are not so good. Very disappointing!!

Delicious just got a sub tray 9/6/22 for my job in Ventnor got wonderful raves very good subs the people very friendly prices pretty good great place to get a sub I tried them before when I stayed at The Garden State Inn on WHP . After The store in Ventnor closed which was the best sack o subs in AC, I was looking for another one to get a sub from

The bread itself is delicious! My favorite part about it is the wonderful variety of the menu. For a place that specializes in subs, the salads held their own. The next time I encounter another Sack O'Subs, I'm definitely going to try more of the things on their menu.

Very Good Hoagies. I did takeout, although there's plenty of seating if you wanted to eat-in. I had a Roast Beef and Provolone Hoagie/Sub and it was one of the best I have ever had. Honest. The roast beef was really, really good. I might even make that my new favorite. Their Regular Hoagie/Sub is very good, too, and doesn't have spicy meats like some shops have. If I want spice I'll add the spice (hot peppers, etc.). The rolls are good, too. Soft, without that hard ridge. People coming "down to the Shore", and/or Atlantic City, often stop by on their way back home to bring some good food to the folks North and West of here that are Good-Hoagie-deprived!

Sako Subs is in my top 3 for cheese steaks.

Wow this place was outstanding! It has a perfect small town sandwich shop feel. The staff are super friendly and the sandwiches we’re phenomenal. The bread was so fresh and delicious! I got chicken with mushrooms and the chicken was so juicy and the mushrooms were plentiful. I am so glad we stopped here, I’ll be coming back for sure!
