I ordered a tire and needed it mounted and balanced. The tire was ordered through Cycle Gear online and delivered to the store. I brought my wheel in and they removed the old tire, mounted and balanced the new tire (lifetime balancing if I need it rebalanced), disposed of the old tire, for around $35 dollars (not including tire cost, of course!) The employees were helpful, friendly, personable, and, above all, were riders like me. One fella had just returned from a cross country trip to California in 13 days - that's a rider! Good people, good service, good prices. Thank you, Cycle Gear in Bear, Delaware. I'll keep coming back to Cycle Gear!

Every time I come into one of these shops I leave happy, even if I didn’t get what I came for. The customer support is outstanding almost everyone I’ve come across has actually cared about solving your problem instead of counting down to clock out. I’ve been coming to cycle gear for 3+ years have hit about 6 different locations and if I can say anything that gets through to anyone they are all great but if you want the best experience go to Bear, DE (my #1) or King of Prussia, PA (my #2) even if you’re a couple hours out that drive is worth experiencing what these guys have managed to build

Went in to purchase gloves for cooler weather. Sales associates greeted me upon walking in and engaging with helping me choose. Also very knowledgeable about products. Also helped me with during a helmet. Would highly recommend cycle gear in Bear, DE. Employees are outstanding in customer service and product knowledge!

Amazing staff! So hard if not impossible to order gear online since sizes vary, so we went to Cycle Gear! Helped my 6yr old get set up with some new gear! Thank you!!!

Staff was very patient, we came in a little closer to closing than I realized to browse for a helmet and Bluetooth headset for my wife. We were never rushed, the sales guy was great with her, and although when I realized the time, I figured the Bluetooth headset installation would have to wait until the next day, but it was installed right away. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us and being patient with my wife, as this is not her normal kind of purchase.

The staff were very friendly and polite they were super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to see them for your motorcycle gear needs especially if you're new to the motorcycle world. They helped me find a helmet that fit properly and that I liked. They all worked together as a team helping one another to answer questions and find items. Extremely satisfied with my visit and my purchase! Great customer service, Went to get a Cardo pack talk edge they had them in stock and installed on my helmet in 10 mins max. Answered all questions I had about the unit aswell.

Awesome store! Great selection of bike items and prices are fair. I usually order my stuff online from other vendors. One day I decided to stop in the store in my neighborhood and really liked the store.

Me and a buddy went initially to just figure out our sizes since we are purchasing our first bikes. The staff were super helpful and personable, we both ended up leaving with a full set of gear. Would 100% recommend this store of you’re a new rider trying to figure it out!

Was looking on line for a helmet when a friend told me about this store. I went there and Steph was available to help me. She’s very pleasant and very knowledgeable about helmets. I’ve been riding 52 years and have a little bit of experience with helmets. Long story short is she has a sale and I own a new SCHUBERTH. I finally gave in and bought a blue tooth rig also which they installed free.

The woman (a fellow Triumph rider) who helped me find the perfect jacket was really friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She also suggested the upgrade of a back protector, which I also bought. Thanks so much.

Cycle gear never disappoints no matter the location. I chose the Bear location because they had gear in stock for my wife to try on(it is so hard finding a decent selection of womens gear). All the staff were friendly and ready to help if you had any questions.

I have purchased clothing, helmets, audio accessories, gloves, and now a dead Harley battery replacement from Cycle Gear.

Every encounter was personable, accurate, and helpful. They are my go to, and the prices have been good.
