Oh how I miss living in Mississippi so I could get Krystal’s whenever I’d like…but, I digress.

However, EVERY 👏🏻 SINGLE 👏🏻 TIME 👏🏻 I come to visit my family, Krystal’s is ALWAYS the very FIRST stop on my trip.

I also take a steamer pack, or 2, back on the 6 hour drive back to Dallas. (They’re still delicious even when reheated 😉)

I have seen where most people are complaining about the new type of fries. However, I thought they were crunchy deliciousness. If you’re not a French fry person then try the tater tots.

PLEASEEEEE COME BACK TO DALLAS!
I’ll even help open a location if corporate sees this. I’m begging! We need one!!! 💕💕💕

Super nice staff, fast food, and really clean...

This is a great place and food is always hot. They are short handed but are handling it great and they are still moving the lines fast. Great service!

Always friendly staff. Sometime the Krystals are a bit soggy from to much water being left behind from the onions, but over all my family is always excited to stop on trips since we only get it about twice a year.

1st time its happened,manager(rachel)was nice as can be 3 cracked eggs breakfast, food hot!!!! 2 ppl working fastest service every!!!...

Krystal in Byram is back! Since the change in management this restaurant has greatly improved. I also love the late hours ( till 2am) most nights.

I ordered quite a few burgers, and expected it, like any other Krystal, to take near half an hour. Well, needless to say, it didn’t. This Krystal had very nice employees and had my burgers ready in 15 minutes! I always love stopping at Krystal and will make an effort to stop at this one whenever I pass through town again!

Great place to get a quick bite. Fed my husband's nostalgia.

The young lady at the drive thru window on Sunday morning was absolutely the sweetest and friendliest young lady I have ever encountered at a drive-thru window. She is definitely a keeper.

There's nothing like a Krystal!!!! My husband and I have to travel a lot for his job, so sometimes we go for a year and a half without being near one. So when we get to go home or anywhere that has a Krystal...it's the 1st place we stop!! We stopped in Mississippi and grabbed a sack full of Cheese Krystals on our way to Baton Rouge. YUMMY 😋

Well if you want friendly service no matter what time you go thru the drivethru, THIS IS THE KRYSTAL'S TO COME TO. I have never experienced bad customer service but on May 8 at 3:45 am we were greeted w superior service in the drive thru. Courteous and helpful, not your usual drivethru experience. Keep it up guys! You're why we will keep coming back!

Probably the best crystals experience I've had. We brought in a group of 15 and we ordered crystal burgers, wings, chili dogs, etc and it was all out within 15 mins. They were very polite and friendly even with a larger rambunctious crowd.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give 5 stars to my visit at Krystal, this morning. 7/13/201(9:33a.m) is when I came in for my breakfast, since I came in, it has been busy, and the cashier (Cashira) at the front has been getting the guest in and out. Then making time to bring food to the tables. The hole team this morning, worked together and did an outstanding job. I take my hat off to the 2 cooks, the woman working the window and the woman at the front🙏🏿. It is now (10:04a.m) and it have not slowed down yet. People are still coming in. The team need to be recognized for there hard work. Great job guess. This place would be nothing, without having to right people working for them, on their team.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏🏿

Great service, super great sweet tea. Awesome salty fries, with a ton of horrible onions on the burger. I never imagined eating a burger on a roll. Not sure what kind of meat i ate. 👍👍
