Wendy's

They were on time and mindful. Our food was fresh and we even got a free item. I recommend this location!

I am highly highly HIGHLY satisfied with the customer service I received from Taylor and DeAsia (I hope I'm spelling her name right) If not, I truly apologize. I just moved to Mississippi 2 years ago and have been experiencing bad customer service. It feels really good to witness good customer service especially when it's genuine. Keep up the good work. I ordered 2 biggie bags with a strawberry lemonade and blueberry promegranite lemonade and a grilled chicken ranch wrap. I'm usually there a lot and the service has not been bad but today when I went around 11am, it was different and I wanted to acknowledge that. Thank you, Again.

Guys it's a hamburger joint. The food is good. Most of the time the service is good unless the teenager at the window just broke up with boy friend and is taking it out on you the customer.

I love this Wendy's there are always very friendly. Food is always fresh hot to order. The management team is very friendly there isone of the employees that goes out the way to make u smile

Love the breakfast here and the people. I go every morning for coffee and breakfast. I will NOT go anywhere else for breakfast. Unless I'm out of g town.

The staff are wonderful. Orders are filled in a timely manner. They get backed up very seldom, but only due to the high volume of people they serve. The Biggie Bag is the hot deal right now. Always quality food and service. Definitely worth your time.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Not any bs like WH gives you that is well rehearsed. The food was fresh and made exactly to our order with great prep time. The lettuce was still fresh and crisp, not cooked and soft from being next to a patty and in the rack for way too long. It all tasted really good. I will definitely visit them much more in the future.

I've always love Wendy's since I was a little girl. My sister use to eat them all time when she was pregnant with my oldest niece. And that been at least 40 years a go. Keep up the great service Wendy's. Always hot and fresh.

This is a great Wendy's. The food is prepared consistently correct and the staff is on point.
( Which is not the norm at Byram fast food restaurants)

I believe the young man that helped me yesterdays name was Royce. I was missing an item in my bag and he had no problem assisting me. Very polite young man .

Employee's were unbelievably kind hearted and the way me and my brother wete treated was a blessing! Best Wendy's I've ever been too, they actually have a heart and care unlike many places I have been too. Thanks Wendy's in Bryam MS!♡

The staff is always polite and a real help. My food is always fresh and delicious. I always bring my staff at lunch time and it never takes more than 15mins to get everybody's order done and correct

From the time I pulled up the young man was very respectful and polite my food was good and hot and I received it in less than five minutes that with them taking the order way to go team Wendys in Byram

Hot and fast and if asked they will give you a plain burger on a bun so be precise in what you ask for

I hate from witness today a baconator it was so delicious you just got to go and try it the service was fast also I really appreciate them taking their time out to give me great service

This was my 1st time ordering online with them. Overall, great experience and thankfully I could go inside to pick it up. Food was exactly what I ordered too.

I like that place because it is close to my work , and that time I using for my lunch I spent there not over 5 min really quick I love it 🙂

Eat lunch here once a week. Best Wendys on this Earth. Quick service. Everyone is always nice. They knock it out of the park every time.
