Mike's Italian Restaurant

The food was pretty good.
Service was absolutely wonderful. Server was kind , friendly and attentive. Mike himself was incredible. He greeted our table, so lovely of him to do. Atmosphere is welcoming. You're acknowledged right away with kindness. All around a wonderful experience for my family and I.

We went to Mike’s to celebrate my mother’s 92 birthday. The food was flavors were spot on and excellent! I love the sauces and all our dishes! Mike came out to greet us at our table who is the owner and chef. So friendly and gracious. We’re Italian and loved speaking with him. Service was excellent!

It's only 15 minutes from the large resorts by the dells. All the food was great. We had the shrimp fettuccine, and Chicken Caprice. The homemade bread topped with minced garlic and a drizzle of butter was a great start and kept our 6 year olds water for a bit.

Our server was great. He made sure we had everything we needed both for our dinner and the leftovers.

Worth the drive to avoid the crowded nearby options. Better still if you're already nearby.

Went there for a quick lunch with my daughter. Food was delicious, service was fantastic! I ordered the baked seafood cannelloni with both the Alfredo and marinara sauce. It was super cheesy and mouthwatering! My daughter ordered the Shrimp Parmesan. The shrimp were absolutely huge and delicious. We didn't have room for dessert and didn't have a cocktail, but we will next time!

Mike cares about his customers and it shows, walked around table to table multiple times, quality food, friendly servers working hard. Highly recommend stopping in for a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere. All requests were accommodated to include a different type of kids pasta noodle, dairy allergy, & salad changes. Will come back again while in town.

Just the BEST Italian restaurant around.. Authentic Italian chef. From Pizza (including a Greek one) to all the great pasta & meat dishes.. Love that you can choose how spicey you want it; mild to challenging!
Also love orange sauce; as creamy as Alfredo but with deep marinara sauce flavor

Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The spinach/artichoke appetizer is the best I've ever had. The menu is a bit pricey, but definitely worth every penny if you're looking for a quality meal with your family or date.

Amazing friendly personalable service. The food was so good. My husband loved the red sauce and said he could eat a big bowl of that alone with a spoon. I wish we had this restaurant in our neck of the woods because unfortunately we are just passing through. The owner/chef even came out to check on us which really impressed us. You can tell everyone here loves their jobs and customers. What a great experience. If we ever come through this area again we will be back!

Mike greeted us at the door, very friendly. Our server was Tim... very nice and helpful. The portions of food were unbelievably... huge!
The food was really delicious. Had a calzone, a pizza, and shrimp pasta. Along with desserts to go. Definitely will return and thank you again for the great food and service.

We went out for a small family dinner and too check out this new restaurant. We were seated quickly, even with small staff. Drinks came out perfectly and quickly. Our waitress, was pleasant and had a positive attitude and smile. The food was absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. Needless to say, our first visit will not be our last. One of the best carbonaras I've ever had!

I had heard good things, so we decided to give Mike’s a try. The owners were very friendly, and we ended up chatting for a while. When the pizza came out, it was absolutely amazing! The crust and the sauce are some of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

This food is just as good as Johnny's, Italian steakhouse and biaggi's. The bread was fresh out of the oven every time, the Caesar salad was absolutely amazing. The seafood combo was also great, though I would recommend getting just Alfredo sauce with it.

Mike came out and checked on us. The service was great. I will be back to this place again and recommending it to others. My new favorite Italian restaurant.

Mariah, the bartender was always our server! Amazing fresh, homemade sauces, crispy skin on the wings, and tortellini was delicious! The only complaint is it's not closer to Indiana!❤

Destiny was our server and was absolutely incredible. Had ravioli and it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Best restaurant I have been to in a long time. Owner was even walking around checking on everyone’s meal.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Our server, Jeff was phenomenal and the pizza was amazing. Today is Jeff's birthday, so happy birthday to him, but anyways, the food is fantastic and authentic to Italy, being that the chef, himself, is from Italy. If you're staying at the Clarion hotel, or are in Baraboo, then I definitely recommend eating here, they make you feel like family.

I had a date night out last night and we got a pizza and some amazing rolls, the food was soooo good, the owner even came over to check everything was good and refilled our drinks!! We had a private romantic evening. Everything was great but the server, Lori … unfortunately she smelled of booze and seemed disoriented at times. It’s a shame she brought down the quality on an otherwise great experience. We will definitely be back to try more of these recipes!

Stayed in the hotel attached to restaurant. Able to walk down to order drinks and food to take to room. Staff was very nice and friendly. Had jalapeño poppers and Hawaiian pizza! Loads of cheese!! Both delicious 😋 highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
