Kevin is great! He’s highly knowledgable, professional, a good communicator, friendly and respectful of our home.

Our 15 year old fridge stopped working one day before our Airbnb guests were arriving... on a Friday. We live in a rural area and local services are not always available. I called the Sears service number that was on the sticker inside the fridge unsure someone would actually pick up the call. Amazingly, there was a live person on the other end that understood and troubleshooted the problem with me right away. They got me on a service schedule and afterwards they immediately connected me to a very efficient text service that kept me informed every step of the way until Kevin arrived. Once on site, Kevin did an amazing job troubleshooting and repairing the fridge in a timely fashion. We had to replace the thermostat. It was ordered on Friday and delivered by Monday. Unbelievable. The whole process did take a week to get completely fixed. But for our rural area that’s great!!

Overall, we were impressed that Sears Home Services are still there, and having evolved with the times, better than ever. Thanks so much. Well done!

The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced defrost sensor and will take a few hours to verify this action corrected the issue.
I hope this fixes the cooling/freezing because Choice has not beens processing new requests. I hear Choice is being sued for poor managing customer issues. But Sear Tech did his job.

Very quick response on making an appointment to have my fridge looked at. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Found problem but had to wait for me to make a money decision.

Our repair man was courteous prompt and knowledgeable. He ordered the replacement part on his first visit so that it would be here when he came back. We were first on the list of repairs on his second visit and he was here early and has the job completed quickly. I think the service was great as service should be.

Very knowledgeable of our product and also of your Home Warranty that you offer to customers. Would not hesitate to call again for any needs we may have with our Sears appliances or any others covered by our newly purchased warranty.

Armand was a great serviceman. He did an excellent job, was professional and courteous. the previous serviceman, Kevin, was ineffective. He did not listen to me and the concerns I had about the ice maker not working properly. He said there was nothing wrong with the ice maker, which had a problem with decreased production in ice cubes in the past couple months. He said he had never heard of anything like that happening. Also, it would have been great if I had his supervisor's name and telephone number. I can only call using the general 800 number with no name.

I had great technician who recently serviced my Craftsman lawn tractor.
He answered my many questions and was a wonderful instructor showing me how I can do some simple repairs myself. I appreciate all his patience and support. A worthwhile experience.

My freezer went out and I had a lot of food from that I had froze from the garden that we had. I also had a lot of meat in it. I was able to put the meat in the little freezers that I have in the house and turned the little refrigerator up as high as it would go. I put all the vegetables in it and some of the meat that would not fit in the little freezers. It worked great on the top shelf. However, the rest of the selves did not freeze. A part needed to be order and that took time. So I lost a lot of stuff. The technician was great. He called to let me know when he would approximately be here and than texted when he was on his way. He even told me how to get reimburse for the food that I lost. After explaining everything about what he done and when to put the food back in, he asked if there was anything else that I needed done, like the dryer being cleaned out or things like that. I didn't need anything done but thought it nice that he asked. All in all my experience with sears was great and would recommend them to everyone

Your technician arrived and went to work right away. His troubleshooting skills are superb so he was able to find a "crimped" wire that had probably been there since the unit was manufactured. Thanks to him, we weren't required to find and purchase a new component, then reschedule a technician for a second trip. Kudos to your technician and the fine service he provided us.

Our Sears Service provider arrived on time with the appropriate tools and help necessary to complete the task of silencing our washer/dryer. He and the second helper corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Sears should be proud to have such an efficient employee. Thank you

Very professional and knowledgeable technician-the repair was made quickly and without any drama. However, Sears should look into a permanent fix for this particular part of their refrigerators-the housing for the filter has broken twice now because of an apparent weakness in design.
