Honestly, this place is simple and correct. The staff was friendly and efficient while still having fun being young and human: Non intrusive, appropriate side conversations. The music was an excellent mix of new and not quite so new and fit the mixed up vibe of the decor. The menu is tiny, which is a good thing. The price was very reasonable. I had a combo box. The chicken fingers were legit the best fast food chicken I think I've ever had. The fries were simple and good. Even the Texas toast was done just right. I'm sure people talk about the sauce, but the chicken and the breading were by far the star. It's a great place to take the family, hit the drive through, or stop after an event. It won't break the bank and the quality is several steps above whatever other chicken place you're thinking about. It is no surprise this chain is growing so fast.

First, I want to say that the staff is excellent & always nice!
The first time we went we got the wrong order given to us. The second time they forgot our sauces (you pay for each one).
The last 2 times we have gone they have been spot on!
The food is always good, though I wish that the bread was grilled the way it looks in the advertisements. But, the chicken & sauce & fries are all great. Not a fan of the coleslaw so we just get double fries (& stop at Popeyes & get Mac & Cheese). But, I always see staff cleaning up & keeping it looking nice & it always is a good experience. The staff is nice & friendly & even when they have messed up in the beginning they were very nice! We love going to Cane's every week & everyone has always been fantastic. Great staff & good food! It is pricey, but it is good.

This place was great! Food came out fresh and great quality. The coleslaw is really good, some of the best I've had. The sauce definitely makes the meal and the bread is a nice added touch. The building is a nice addition and the drive through line is massive. We went early on Saturday and no one was in line at the time. They also have great hours as well. All around good experience!

This restaurant chain is new to our area, so I had to check it out. I bought the chicken fingers, fries, slaw, and drink meal. The chicken was cooked to perfection, breading light and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp, well made, and tasty. The fries were a little under for my wife's tastes, but perfect for mine. The people serving us were polite and greeted us as we entered. I will be frequenting this establishment because the inside is quaint and clean.

My first time at Raising Cane! It is competitively priced and the 3-piece combo meal was very good. It comes with a beverage, a slice of garlic Texas toast, FF, and their signature sauce. The crunchy breaded chicken tender was delicious.

If you haven't tried Raising Cane's, you have to! Best chicken ever!! It's actually real chicken, not processed, perfectly fried. The kids will love it too. Restaurant is always clean as are the restrooms. I have driven 15 miles one way just to get Canes! Made fresh too, the food is not sitting under heat lamps. Texas toast is the bomb. Do yourself a favor and try it

Fast and very friendly service. The whole combo meal is delicious; the Texas toast is awesome and the chicken and breading is simple but well seasoned. The sweet tea is great as well, not just like drinking sugar water. A tasty change from the other fast food places in the area.

Big fan of RC from out of state visits. The sauce is where it is at. The salty and peppery sauce makes the chicken. The chicken isn’t over seasoned and you need the sauce. It’s what makes the chicken taste so good. Super fresh tonight as they were packed. Parked at the goodwill and walked over as the drive through line was huge. In and got our food in 5 mins. People who complain about the chicken not being seasoned aren’t using the sauce. The sweet tea is delicious!

I love Raising Canes 🍗❤ I'm so glad we have them in Pittsburgh now.
Everything was perfect when I visited the Lincoln Highway location. Can't wait to go back!

I’m seriously impressed! I eat here once a week for lunch and everything about the experience is pleasant. The staff is nice, the food typically is ready before I can even fill up my drink, they play good music, have ample seating available, and I always see the staff cleaning or helping customers in the little ways you never see at most fast food places in Pittsburgh. Oh, and the food is delicious!! I even had one of the staff come up to me today and ask how my food was. That’s above and beyond. I think the main reason why it’s so great is that they actually have enough staff working the restaurant to take care of everything. Please, please keep it up Cane’s! You’re now my favorite!

I truly cannot understand the bad reviews for this place. For starters, I was in the drive thru line which was wrapped all the way around the building and into the goodwill parking lot I only had to wait 46 minutes! Every person we encountered was amazing and the staff all had a smile on their face!! I was so impressed with the customer service considering how packed they were! Mind you they moved us all through this drive through within 40 mins while maintaining orders inside!!! My boyfriend and I were highly impressed! & as for the food.. AMAZING! Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor was great! Well worth $27 especially for all the food we got! Highly highly recommend this place!!! Do not listen to negative reviews! Go try it!!! Will be going back!

I love raising cane’s! This location moves fairly quickly even during lunch hour. Simple menu makes ordering easy. I frequent raising canes in other states so it’s always going to be a box combo extra canes sauce with a large lemonade for me!

So good!! Their lemonade is delicious and so is canes sauce😋 Personally I like to get the box meal, replace the coleslaw with extra toast. Cut the toast bc they thicc, make mini chicken sandwiches. Then dip them in the sauce.

Dear Cane’s
Stopped by today for some fries and a chicken finger. Thanks for offering a single finger. I wasn’t starving but was jonesin’ for some Cane’s. That one tasty bite really hit the spot. I brought the Mrs. with me today too and she was all about those crinkle fries. They were slender, salty, golden waves of joy. Thanks for the friendly service and happiness in a bag. Happy Mother’s Day. Cheers.

Stopped in here today for the first time to grab a bite to eat. I was a little skeptical, considering they only serve chicken fingers. I have to tell you, though the chicken fingers were spectacular in the service was even better than that. The young lady behind the counter was an absolute delight. The owner of this place is lucky to have her to greet customers. Good job young lady!!!

The North Versailles location is amazing. Management did a great job hiring as employees take pride in their work. Food was fresh, hot and served on time. Great place to stop after dance.

I hate chicken tenders.. or so I thought. These were good and got my seal of approval. They were crispy in the right ways and juicy. As if that wasn't enough, the sweet tea was great. Growing up in the south, I have a very high bar for it.

This was the first time for myself eating at this store. The chicken was great, and the French fries were good. The only thing I found was it would be a great business practice to have an ingredients list for sauces. Nobody knew what was in any of them. As it turns out, I was allergic to them all. Thank god, i didn't try any of them. Let's recommend an ingredient poster for every store.

The food is fresh and hot. The chicken is so tender that if you had no teeth or mouth problems you could eat it with no issues. I'm surprised how tender it is for white chicken meat. This food is definitely fresh and the chicken has a plain breading on it. The bit of spice is in the dip they give you. It tastes like it may have some celery spice in it. The sauce is tangy. The cole slaw is not overkill either and very mild. This is good if you can't handle a lot of seasoning in your food. I know they just opened up approximately one and a half weeks ago. The prices are high; however, prices everywhere are high anymore it seems. That being said, they do offer a military discount. The staff was friendly and welcomed me to the restaurant. The place is clean. I don't have any complaints honestly. I do wish the prices were a tad lower. They do have some type of rewards system from what I was informed and you have to register your email for it. It is not like a rewards redemption program, but rewards when they send you rewards out to your email.

January 2, 2024 - I want to date and time stamp what I put after my original review more for historical documentation to see if anything at all changes down the road. Cane's is spelled as you see it here now as in Cane with a possessive 's like in Candy Cane's. Now, it does not have a letter i in it to read Caine's. You might be thinking of the Caniac Combo. I am saying this because a lot of "things" have changed where the originals of things cannot even be located historically. Sometimes you will be lucky to find "residue" of what you have always known.

So, don't let your memories fade away on you and hold on tightly to what you know they are for you. Remember that it is Cane's without the letter i in it.

Those of us who see things happening and are alert to it will do our best to make time and date stamps as evidence of any changes so you know that you are not going crazy. If Cane's changes and you see people looking at you funny saying it has always had a letter i in it just know that it is your evidence you switched over to another universe and are not in your original one any longer. Something did happen, but we (those of us effected) are not sure what is causing the ripple effect.
