Taco Bell

It's been over 2 years since I left a review, and this is still my favorite Taco Bell in the area! Keep up the great work! 👍 I've always had a good experience with this location, fast and some of the best food wrappers I've ever seen lol 🤣😂

service isn't amazing but the food is delicious🤤

All the workers today were very nice, helpful, and had smiles on there faces . Dayanna was great I love it when they are nice and helpful and still be able to have a smile on there face while working. Great customer service from today's night shift that was working.

The worker was very friendly. We went to get a taco box and he was honest and said that they had a lot of online large orders and the wait time was excessive. We wound up not ordering, but the honesty and customer service was exceptional. We will try again another time. Thank you for your kindness. =)

I saw some of the bad reviews and was shocked. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells and wish I lived closer to it. When we go, the food is always fresh and full. We order in a way so that our meals are vegetarian and vegan (it can be complicated), and they give us exactly what we order every time. I look forward to our next trip through the area.

Taco bell on Hoffman Rd by Kennywood. Has the friendliest staff and the food is fresh

This Taco Bell was really good! One of the better ones I’ve been to. They gave me the wrong chalupas at first, but I believe it was more my fault than anything. I wanted the new chalupa but said chicken chalupas meal instead. They had no problem correcting the miscommunication and correcting my order. The workers were very nice as well.

Surprisingly good for a Taco Bell. I've never had a wrong order here. The line can get long, being right next to Kennywood, but it moves pretty fast. This is always my go-to leaving the park.

The food was great! I ordered on the electronic screen, and paid for my food at the register. The cashier was friendly and very helpful! The dining room area was clean, but the bathroom needed a little TLC.

As always, Taco Bell is great! Even though they messed up my special order, they quickly fixed my order and gave me a free taco coupon! 👍

Newly built taco Bell, so very clean looking. I've been there twice with no issues. Also the the employees have good customer service skills in are very friendly.

The drive thru was super friendly, order came fast, and employees were respectful! Highly recommended.

I enjoyed they work really hard and my food was made in 2 mins and it was fresh I go here when I can and I love it way better than that McDonald’s down the street

I’ve never had an issue at this location it’s always fast friendly and accurate!

Team was very nice. Friendly. The dinning room and bathrooms were very clean. No hook for purse in the ladies room stall but no big deal.
