Dunkin'

My husband and I were traveling from Overland Park, KS to Nebraska and stopped at this location. I have to say this is the most Clean Store I have ever seen! That says a lot because I have been to several Dunkin Donuts. It was like I was walking into a commercial set everything was well lit, the donuts case was full and the service was Superb! The store Manger and his staff should be very proud of themselves. Kansas City metro better step it up because your Store is Amazing.

They are amazing people. They always make you feel very welcomed and they always make my coffee the right way and they always are fast and they are beyond amazing. Definitely recommend this place. If you're in a hurry or something, you might have to wait a little bit if they're busy, but they always make sure you don't wait too long. They're amazing people I appreciate their service!!!!

Lots of people who made reviews have extremely high expectations for a fast food restaurant. Plus, most of the bad reviews are from when this store first opened. This store is understaffed, but they work extremely hard to get stuff out quickly. Have some respect and lower your expectations and you might enjoy your coffee just a little bit more.

Ordered via the app this morning & everything was ready when I got there. My crew enjoyed the donuts and coffee. Whoever was working Tuesday morning did a great job. Will be ordering again via the app again, thank you!

Amazing service, got my order done in about 3 minutes. I only had two drinks but they were polite and since its a new store I was patient. I say give it a couple weeks or a month and they got this! Its a new store, how well they have done so far is a miracle, thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Finally found this place yesterday after driving by three days in a row and missing it. (It's part of the Trex truck stop.) The young woman working there was super nice, and there was a good variety of donuts. The donuts were all good and fresh. I'll be stopping here again.

I used the mobile order feature on the app. Got there 5 minutes later and it took them just an extra minute and my stuff was ready. Everyone was nice, and they were really working hard to get stuff moving in there. Super glad about the new location!

Everyone is very friendly and really fast. I enjoy coming in and they always do a good job. Spencer is also very welcoming and upbeat. Always the best way to start the morning and afternoon!

This place has come a long way since they opened. The rude people from then no longer work here. All the staff is super friendly, and wait times arent abysmal anymore. Overall a great improvement so I'll update my review to reflect that.

I have been here multiple times since they have opened, and have often been super satisfied with the speed and quality of their service, sometimes they have been a little slow with new trainees but with this day and age of covid almost everybody is new because of employment rate. So overall it's great.

The people working behind the counter were so nice and helpful. They helped me figure out what kind of coffee I wanted and when I tasted it it was exactly what I was look for. Thank again for the hospitality and making my visit enjoyable!! Thanks

Great customer service from Ryan, certainly made our experience more enjoyable. They were clearly understaffed but they were making it work and they had a great attitude. Obviously the food was great.
