Basswood Welcome Center & Country Store

Great little shop. I was surprised with the variety and the prices were great. Also the staff was very friendly. I recommend the stop and if youre staying at the resort and needing something, id definitely check here first

I kid you not, I was standing at the desk for less than 1 minute to get a coffee and the man at the desk said "sorry for making you wait. Coffees on me today".

Somebody, give this man a raise.

Great place, I went in the spring (off season). Excellent value for the money. Clean rooms with great views.

A little drive off the beaten path. I stayed overnight in a suite room. It could have been nicer but for the price i paid it was okay. There are about 15 steps to get to the rooms. Each room had an outdoor electric fireplace right outside the room. The outdoor pool is open 24hours and the employees were helpful. They have a pizza place that delivers to your camp site and belive it or not the pizza wasnt to bad. The lakes are stocked with fish. They have a play ground for the kids, a cabin, and several camp sites with electric hookups.
