I recently needed a good, safe reliable storage facility, to put my household belongings in because I’m in the process of buying a new home in that New Hampshire area, and safety and easy access, was one of my main concerns , as well as , specials, and use of a truck was also just important, I ended up getting two units there and I might even need one more. I find it very safe as there is 24 hour surveillance as well as you can access your unit 24 hours a day seven days a week with your access code, that will be provided to you upon renting your unit. I spoke with John and I do believe that he is a very reasonable man and will assist you with all and any of your needs, that you might have . I highly recommend USA storage if you’re looking for a place to store your property .

USA Storage in Plaistow was great. John was super helpful I was there for about 1 1/2 years no issues easy access, would recommend putting a tarp down on floor for condensation prior to putting furniture in, thats what we did, was a little but not bad,

Needed temporary storage for several months while renovating my basement. Compared several different facilities and USA Storage had very reasonable pricing and policies. Any questions were answered directly by John over the phone which says a lot in this day and age. Signed up for autopay and never had any issues. Closing out the unit went just as smoothly. The 24 hr access to the facility makes it perfect for busy schedules that make it very difficult to get things done during normal business hours. I highly recommend USA Storage.

Great customer service and prices are fair !

I reserved my unit online, and it was waiting for me when I arrived.
John is very friendly and was helpful with the whole process.
He took the time to explain how things work to me, and made the whole thing easy.
My unit is the perfect size, not too big and not too small, and believe me, I did research- they have the best prices in the area.
I am very happy with this facility.

I like John, the manager. He's helpful, he enjoys interacting with his customers. The place is neat and clean, very secure, 24-hour access. I've noticed it has room now and then for an RV or large boat. Rates are reasonable, it's out in the sticks in the Kingston or plastow Route 125 area. I highly recommend USA Storage.

We are out of the area and had a short term need for equipment storage. John was helpful, ready to answer any question we had and provide assistance with transports when we weren't able to be there.

I shopped around before I chose this place. By far the most reasonable prices! The gentleman working there was extremely helpful. Also, if you refer a friend you get $25 off next month's rent! Great deals on 6 month and 12 month rentals, 10% and 15% off! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for their storage needs.

I needed to rent out a second storage unit after already renting out a unit there already. It was about a month or so after I got my first one and I was nervous because I didn't know if there were going to be very many units left and I didn't want to have to go to a different storage place. Luckily John did have one in the size I needed and because I have two units I am able to pay for both of them together instead of separate which for me is very helpful.

I have relocate from Illinois to Massachusetts and John the site manager make things easier. He return my call and answer all my concerns. Meet him in person was better, very friendly and professional at all time.
Explain everything regarding my unit and how to take good care of your stuffs.

Having never used a storage unit before, I was a bit skeptical about storing my personal belongings. After using USA Storage I gotta say I feel great about having my belongings stored there. We have one of the internal units and do not have to worry about flooding or our belongings being damaged. The facility is very clean and well kept. The 24/7 hours are very ideal and the prices are extremely affordable. They will even lend you their moving truck at no extra cost as long as you are moving within a reasonable distance. I rolled up to the USA Storage / Plaistow, NH store expecting the same run around - and I didn't get that at all.... To my surprise, an attendant named John completely disarmed me and made my customer experience stellar. I ended up renting the unit for a year in advance and I was awarded with the best price and service in my area - and believe me, I did my homework...I highly recommend this facility and its personnel.

I called several places last year looking for storage for my dad. We had to sell my parent's house after my mother passed and had some things that needed to be stored. They were reasonably priced and in a great location. The staff are great!

The units are clean and are very reasonably priced. They are open 24/7 so you can rent a unit at anytime via there kiosk. The staff is friendly and I definitely feel safe with my staff being there. They have a coded gate to enter and a fence around the entire property.

This is just a fantastic place to store. Well lit, customer service is fantastic. They offer online payments, discounts, free move-in truck. They have a booth where you can get a storage unit after hours, pay with a card, get your codes to get in and you're on your way to store! I highly recommend this storage facility.
