Jersey Mike's Subs

Listen, I love them. This was my first experience at this location, the one closer to my house was closed. So in the notes of my order I was being silly about the amount of ranch I wanted and ended the note by saying “please don’t spit on my sandwich I love y’all <3”. So I place my order and go pick it up and when I get home I unwrap my sandwich and got a great laugh. They are great and it really made my day. I hope they see this! Thank you ♥♥

Once upon a time I left a bad review for this location because they let my sandwich sit for an extended period while answering pushy grubhubbers. However after my recent experience I had to amend it. Granted they gave me the wrong sandwich but when I returned they did everything possible to make it right and comped me snacks while I waited. Everyone makes mistakes. Not everyone owns up to them.

Was there with friends and sat and enjoyed food and good company. Everyone was really nice and friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely go back...

Tyler , the girl, was amazing! She made the best sub we ever had. This is my daughter favorite place to eat. And she made us the best!! The Mikes Way! Thank you Tyler !!!

Food was delicious and a great portion size. The giant size really is Giant. Very satisfying. Store was very clean and the staff was working hard and moving with urgency. Even though it was not that busy everyone was busy doing something yet they were attentive at the same time. Worth visiting.

Big kahuna cheese steak is all i have to say.
Today was an extremely busy day for them only 3 people working and and a line of customers almost all the way to the door. They did there very best and held their composure throughout the ordeal. Even when we left there was still quite a bit of people in line. Hopefully everyone was understanding and happy with their meal i know we were! Great job guys n gals!

Subs were a little pricey. The quality and the taste were excellent.

Great subs and always quick service from nice, friendly employees. The turkey is delicious, not slimy like processed turkey you find at many sub shops. I like the #7 (turkey and cheese) Mike's way and highly recommend it. The chain overall is really consistent and reliable across locations.

Food was fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Ethan even took the time to understand and accomodate my son's allergy .

The location on Franklin Rd, Rt 96 in Murfreesboro is always clean, the employees are always polite. Once my son’s sandwich felt on the floor before he gave the first bite and immediately they cleaned the mess and gave him another sandwich. Quality service!!!

Sales for day going to a great cause. Portabella chicken cheese steak was on point. Flavor in every bite, actual full size pieces of mushroom and chicken, not just some "mush" in a sandwich.

Don't go to S Church Street Store, poor staffing after losing great GM. Area Manager likes to show up and yell at his employees on multiple occasions. GM here at Old Fort location is great, so long as Area Manager doesn't come thru door screaming, as I've seen it at MULTIPLE locations now through out the time I've eaten at Jersey Mike's. There was a small problem last August on 2 of my orders but the owner made good amd I have been back many times since and everything has been correct and delicious. Best place in my area for subs.

The customer service is great and the subs are even better. I go there at least once per week and I do not miss Wednesdays for kids eat free day. My kids love it and I love saving on good food.

Very clean! The service was great! The guy that crafted my massive sub, made a couple suggestions on what I should add. I took his advice and dear god it was the best effin sub I have ever had. I had gotten a gigantic size sub (roughly two feet long) with the intentions on eating half for lunch and the other half the next day.. Nope. It was so delicious that I ate the entire thing, with no regret. Needless to say, i'm hooked on jersey mikes.. I'm afraid i might get cold sweats and start shaking if I go too long without eating there again. Yeah, i'm that addicted. Lolz

I probably hit this location once a week. Its consistently great. Super staff, clean dining area, and of course the best subs money can buy.

This location advertises Gluten Free buns and ACTUALLY keeps them in stock! (Unlike South Church St. Location) Excellent location with polite and helpful staff. Subs are well-made and bountiful!

One of my favorite places to get a sub! Definitely recommend them.
