Place is really chill. Food was good. Will definitely be back

First time in and it was pretty good! Great staff, very helpful and friendly! Clean and comfy on the inside. Food was good… Chicken Caesar salad with a toasted turkey bacon pepper jack cheese on ciabatta bread plus a BLT along with a garden salad oh, and the lemonade was really good, not too sweet not too sour perfect! Prices not bad, we will be back with the kids!

This McAlister's Deli on Memorial Road n Murfreesboro is fabulous! Very clean, very kind, patient people behind the counter. (I couldn’t make up my mind on what order!). A great manager who greets folks. I love that I can meet up here with my friends. The food is great, fresh, delicious. I love the ice tea.

Noah was so wonderful! We went in last night to have dinner as a family. There were 16 of us. Our order wasn’t rang up correctly by the young man who took it, BUT Noah made it right! He was so kind and gracious with our large party. He made sure we had everything we intended to order and wanted. You don’t find customer service like what we received last night in Murfreesboro very often. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Noah, for your kindness and graciousness!!!

I stopped in today to get my usual Ruben and steamed broccoli. They guy who took my order was nice. I asked him if Harry was there, and I wanted to tip him from last week. And to my surprise, a young lady said that's his twin. I was shocked because while not identical physically. They have a natural ability to make you smile. I can't remember his name. But HARRY'S TWIN BRO. ROCKS AS WELL!! congrats to your parents guys.

Sandwiches are always perfect, in my opinion and the service is stellar AND I was fortunate enough to have been given a VIP coupon from an employee while at my work. So very appreciated!

Other than forgetting to include the pickle spear with my 1/2 sandwich, they are typically accurate with the order, the food is delicious, and it's usually available when they say it will be ready.

I came in today for lunch and was helped by Shea. He delivered great customer service and was very polite and courteous. Will definitely be coming back!

Being gluten and diary free can be tough, but they went above and beyond to make sure I found something that I'd enjoy and even offered for the staff to change gloves if I was severely energetic.

Thought they were pretty pricey until I dug in to my French Dip. There's a lot of prime rib on there. Great sandwich.
Restaurant was clean (Did not visit the restrooms).
Visited at off hours on a Sunday and it was empty.
Ordered online and the process was simple.
Staff was attentive and polite. Food took a minute but was fresh and worth the wait.

First time there it was great .very friendly staff the food was excellent!!

Good service. Young lady took my order and told me about every sandwich I asked about and recommended a few popular ones. I got a half Rueben and a half jalapeño turkey crunch side of potato salad and side of cucumber and tomato salad. Everything came out in a decent time. And tasted great!! Like frfr everything was good!! Oh I also had a blueberry lemonade it was very good too

Deli style foods with lots of choices. Spuds, soups and salads. Several desert choices. Best sweet Tea ever!

Service was great, I would go there again.

The chicken-berry-pecan salad was really good and the potato soup was the best I ever had.

I’ve never had a bad experience with McAlisters. Everyone here at this location has always been courteous and professional. I love their carrot cake and their broc and cheddar soup! I wish there were more locations available. There’s literally none in Smyrna but it’s worth my drive to Murfreesboro every single time.

This place was fantastic I ordered a spud potato that was a huge! Recommend for families and they have great prices.

Came here today at lunch time and it was fantastic! New clean restaurant with plenty of seating, very good food reasonably priced, and helpful friendly staff members. Tracey was especially nice and helpful and interacted with us and his coworkers very well. We wanted to try this place before choosing to cater from them and they made it very easy to choose.

Presley, Sarah, and dara are amazing and very sweet and kind! The food was amazing as well! It was so clean in there :) the bathrooms were impressive.

As usual, another great visit. Great food...Baked Potatoes prepared to a mealy texture just like it is supposed to be. Roast Beef in my sandwich had not a trace of fat. Wait staff as usual ... Great. Wonderful spot to take your wife for a quick dinner outing.
