Staff are very helpful and kind. They recommended the Grilled Chicken and it was great. People were enjoying conversations and eating. Great food, staff and experience.

We stopped coming here because the service was bad but something has changed because we visited recently and a very different experience. Really enjoyed our meal, the staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant was super clean!

Went in after lunch around 3:30pm on a Tue and it was perfect. No line, great customer service and food was fresh and delicious! Large portions so we brought some home for later. We ate here yesterday and had to come back the next day for more. Wife had French dip, and I had the King Club. Yesterday I had the regular club.

I've eaten here a number of times and the service has always been friendly and quick, the food tasty, and the prices reasonable. Weekday lunch time it can get very busy, but it's still quite quick with your food. Flexible menu options like half salad/half sandwich also. I've heard the giant spuds are awesome, but I can't eat here and not get the Orange Cranberry club (pictured).

This place is a must! Come here everytime I'm in town just for The New Yorker with the best mac and cheese. And there sweet tea is legendary!!!!

Ronnie was are server and she went above and beyond to make our dinning experience outstanding. She has an exceptional personality. The food was amazing also. Thank you again Ronnie for everything.

First visit and was very impressed with the quality of the food, the reasonableness of the prices, and the friendly and attentive staff.

Had lunch with my mom at the Franklin Road location. My mom is kind of particular when it comes to Ruben sandwiches. So she expressed a bit of disappointment when she realized her bread wasn’t grilled. (It was toasted.) She took the sandwich anyhow & we started eating. Then about 5 minutes later, the (very generous) manager Chris surprised her with a half Ruben that he grilled just to make her happier with the experience. It was an unexpected gesture & we really appreciated that he went above & beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. Excellent/outstanding customer service!!!

This is a great option for lunch if you were looking for a quick bite. This location is always clean and the customer service is always very friendly.

Look here when I tell yall this was DELICOUS...it's an understatement. I've worked in the restaurant industry 10+ years. AWESOME SERVICE...SORRY LADY WITH THE BLUE hair I forgot your name but excellent job. And whoever was working in the kitchen. THANKS YOU AMAZING Chipotle chicken sandwich and Chipotle spud!!! I’m typically not one to leave reviews at chain restaurants like this, but I had a great experience. Tyler was everything that any business owner looks for in an employee. He clearly actually cares about the customers and their satisfaction. I was there for no more than 10 min, but it left an impression. Great food and great staff. Keep up the good work.

This McAlister's is fast and gives good service. I have been here several times and enjoyed the food. The spuds are big and plenty of food. I get the Southwest Cobb salad most of the time. This salad is tasty and plenty of food. This store has always been clean and well maintained. I do recommend their tea - sweet or unsweetened!

This place has sure stepped up its game. I dined here 4 years ago and did not return due to the poor service and lack of taste of food. My most recent visit was truly a great experience. The food was hot, the portions were reasonable, the service was quick. I will definitely return more often.

This is a new find for me and an excellent one. The food is delicious. Price is good. Staff is great. They are my new go to deli!
