Jack in the Box

Jacob was amazing! And his manager was awesome also for letting him help me! Just got done paying $500 for new alternator battery pulled him there to get milkshakes for my kids and my car wouldn’t start! Was not heartbroken, but nervous that I wasted that money! Jacob was so sweet came out, dropped my car, luckily figured out it was just a wire! Just wanted to take the time to say thank you Jacob you didn’t have to do that and you were so kind!

I often stop here when I'm killing time waiting for the bus. The dining room is usually empty and quiet when I'm in. The staff is always friendly, the store and restroom are usually clean and the food is to be expected.

Only one person on the counter and though no other patrons, I had to wait for service. There was a special that if I donated a dollar toward hunger relief, I could get free curly fries. They were overcooked, hard, and not able to eat them, so I threw them away. The two tacos were ok. They tasted good but very thin filling, but at 2 for $1.99, I didn't expect a gourmet meal.

I’ve been coming here since 2017. I’ve never had a problem with the service or my orders. Employees are always pleasant and patient. They once ran after my car after I drove away without my card.

I love Jack. I've been getting the number 10 for years now. It's always so good. I get the meal so I can have my curly fries. And an oreo shake for my drink. This store did it good. I'm happy.

To the night worker on 2/7/23 at 2am. You are awesome. This guy deserves a raise. Everytime i see him. He is so friendly and nice. Late night they make you wait in the front of store which is no issue. This guy runs out with peoples orders to not keep them waiting long. Litterally running. I do not know your name. But thank you. Please let this worker know people appreciate his hard work.

Let's see here 🤔 good food I order a grilled chicken and curly fries and egg roll which was delicious you still can't use the bathroom here or dine in they need more workers I saw a drive-thru cashier she was working really hard at her job short and skinny kid but she was moving around like a little ant🤣😊 front counter and cook manager so I guess they need just that one more person to open the front counter lobby I mean it's been about 3 years since I've been to a Jack in The box so when I said grilled chicken she did not explain me in fact she kept saying grill salad and I said no thank you what I could order so what I got and when I didn't expect was a sourdough bread which threw me off instead of a hamburger bun which was fine it just not easy to eat learning how to eat again I sat outside in my car enjoy the meal it was a fun experience but weather hot 🥵

I was in Seattle and got Jack in the Box when they got my order wrong. Omw home I stopped in this location in Yakima and they were wonderful! They did not have too but they replaced my sandwich for the correct one! I felt taken care of and valued. Thank you!

A very well run place. Our breakfast food was hot and tasty. Our drive thru order was correct and timly.. The employees were friendly and efficient..

The staff here is wonderful. One of the people in our group had a medical emergency and staff was very kind, caring and helpful. THANK YOU. I couldn't mean this more and it means so much. Also food was very good and fresh.

They have wonderful nice employees , and your food is always hot and delicious. Best of all they fast at your order and accurate no mistakes and u get your food fresh hot pretty quickly.

Best Jack in the Box in all of Yakima Valley. Food is always hot and fresh, service is good and fast. I drive all the way from 16th and Fruitvale to come to this Jack's. Keep up the great work!

Fast and tasted like the tree favorite things we always get, breakfast burritos and breakfast Jack's. Tried the bacon fries today and the container was plenty full and lots of sauces worth the 3-4 bucks♡

Went there for a quick bite to eat during a shopping trip today! The food was absolutely delicious and the employees there were very friendly! Personally my favourite thing there is the oreo shake
