Love our mail carrier! He is such a sweetheart and even when he forgot to deliver one of our packages, he brought it over later on his own time and he always loves on our pup when has a barkbox package for him.

Best service.Last week I got a package under my phone number and zip code, the sender forgot to add my adress and the gentlemen from the post office called me few times to let me know it arrived at their office and if I want to pick up.That was on December 23d at 4:45 pm(when another people they are to busy with Christmas things and vacation, this guy was very professional and made sure he got the right adress)

The berwick post office is absolutely useless if you need to do anything i suggest driving 5 extra minutes to this post office not sure her name but i believe she's the manager there she was super helpful even offered to drop my package off on her way home if it gets messed up again

It's ridiculous that u cant speak to a person no matter what. A simple lil question that would take seconds w a human turns into a marathon of stupidity with a recorded message...

Tried to quickly drop off and mail a return to an online company with a prepaid shipping label and a gentleman behind the counter wouldn’t accept it and didn’t want to assist me even when I attempted to purchase a new shipping label. Went to the Berwick location and they accepted it no problem.

My golf balls sat at the post office for 14 days waiting for pickup but I was on vacation. When I got home I went to the post office to grab them and the man behind the counter said he couldn't find the package. It was closing time when I showed up and he said maybe they are gonna deliver it tonight. I didn't know US postal delivers packages at night. Sure enough at 7 o'clock at night my golf balls suddenly arrive at my door with a hole in the bag like someone was trying to see what it was. So let's face it the good folks at south berwick post office stole my golf balls thinking that no one would claim them then when they got caught they immediatly dumped them at my door that night. Unless after 14 days of sitting there they magically discovered the package and delivered it after hours. Thieves....

This morning, I arrived here at 830am on the dot. A grumpy older man didn't open the gate until 837am. I asked if I could simply get my mail before it went out for delivery because they've been delivering it at 7pm lately, which is unacceptable.

Anyway, he acted like I was the biggest inconvenience by shaking his head, etc. It was a very simple request. If you don't like your job, work somewhere else, but you can't just be rude to people.

They wouldn't answer my phone calls (done a few hours apart), so I drove to the office. Only then did I see the sign that they "close midday for lunch due to shortages." There's no times listed, so I have no idea when they'll be available. All this because I'm trying to find a package that was labeled as "out for delivery," then "available for pickup" on 2 separate days, and then "out for delivery" again.

Lost my package two times now (400$) ive had to pay for the item twice now and again misdelivered today and cant find it i literally called two minutes after it got "delivered" these people are a scam and a joke at there jobs with no remorse for there customers now im scared to order any packages , amazon has no issues? So why cant usps do there job so disappointed nothing but issues from the start of moving here

Frequently delivers my online orders to the wrong address. sends other people's mail to my house (even though my name is on my mailbox) when trying to recover my shipments from other people they put no effort in undoing their error. They cost other companies money and literally don't care. We have complained multiple times and upper echelon at the usps could care less.

The people who deliver mail in berwick are the laziest I've ever seen. They throw packages from the truck onto people's steps and also sometimes refuse to deliver packages and will leave notes saying there was no available delivery location when I have a huge porch and I watched them pull up to mailbox and then just drive away without knocking or attempting to deliver mail. Laziest people.

The workers at this post office are lazy and incompetent. Every time that I have been there early waiting for the window to open, it has been late and the postal worker looks at you as though he is being bothered. My mail is often mixed up and they do not appear to care. I spoke to the manager, Jen, on numerous occasions, who simply complained about having too much work to do. Avoid this place like the plague!
