Burger King

Really impressed with the customer service at Burger King in amelia. The kid, Matt, that was working the register the super nice and welcome in and honestly you don't get a very many smiles when you walk in that places anymore. I come back just for that. It was definitely a nice change of pace.

Used to work there and love the people and miss them I will be back soon along with my brother and the rest of the night shift

Usually Short staffed, but very good service. Hard working friendly staff. They have yet to mess up an order

We live in Amelia and I go there drive thru for breakfast croissant sandwiches. For months now I would have to wait 5 minutes at least for them to take my order and another 5 minutes to receive it BUT there is a new worker in window taking orders and getting money and giving you your food . He has a great voice on the speaker asking for order, by the time you pay him he has your food ready within two minutes. WHAT A CHANGE!!!GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE, GIVE HIM A PROMOTION (but do not take him off that window) HE HAS SAVED YOUR RESTAURANT! Go back customers and give Burger King in Amelia another chance and say hello to my adult man in the window.

Ordered a junior Whopper meal. I got onion rings instead of french fries and they were actually fresh. The line in the Drive-Thru was a little bit slow but faster than normal. The only complaint was I said no tomato and I got a tomato on my junior Whopper.

This is my first visit to this location since the rebuilding. The food was good. Nothing beats the whopper with cheese and I decided to try the new crispy taco offered at Burger King. The shell was exactly as the menu states "crispy" it was also greasy and the meat and cheese filling was reminiscent of the cheese chillito at the bell. The lettuce and tomatoes were not in the taco and as hot as it was I thought maybe there would be none but they were all in the bottom of the bag the taco is served in. I was not expecting the taco to be good and I was not disappointed. Stick with the product you know BURGER King. Other than the taco I was pleased with my visit.

After a long 3rd shift we went through the drive thru at 6:15am and received hot and delicious breakfast! The lady was very friendly and afterwards we realized the restaurant wasn’t open until 7am so thanks for serving us early!!

Food is always fresh. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Thumbs up to BK for making your guests feel like they are priority whether it be drive-thru or dine in. You've nailed it 👍

I love working here, I may look mad all the time but I promise you I'm not it's just my face.❤ yes we do mess some orders up but we always try and fix them. I love my working crew.

8-12-2020.. Night shift...The employees who took our order, bagged our food up, and cooked our hot food.. we're awesome!! Polite, positive attitudes, and I'll have to admit... Since covid, this is the best business I've been too!
I'm hearing impaired, a lip reader, and y'all got a girl that can sign!!! Now, I'm a little rusted bc I've relied on lip reading, but since covid, I've been studying..It was fun to actually be able to communicate what we needed. I enjoyed that. Thanks!!!

Very friendly crew. The service was lso very good. They even brought the food to our table.

Customer service is great. Drive thru is exceptionally slow.
