Marcie was fantastic! She took the time to go over everything until I understood. It's a lot to take in all at once and she made sure I was good prior to leaving. I was (still am a bit) very anxious about having to wear a CPAP machine and anyone could tell, but she had a very calming, empathic approach that I really appreciated!

What a great experience. Today I met with Tai in the Warwick, RI location to get fitted for my first cpap machine. She took the time to explain how to use the machine, adjust the settings, maintain the machine, and the schedule for parts replacement. She fitted me for a mask that seems like a very good option for me. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased with the whole appointment.

Thai was wonderful at fitting my mask and explaining the machine and its settings. She was thorough and great at resolving my issues with the CPAP machine.

Great experience at Adapt Health. They were very informative with how to use the equipment and get everything connected with the app on my phone. The follow up call with the sleep coach was also very helpful as I had a hard time sleeping the first few nights using the machine. Definitely recommend!

The customer service team has been a pleasure to deal with. They are quick to react to any situation. The technician was in and out very quickly, and my father, who is the patient was very happy with the results.

I had a great experience picking up my CPAP machine/mask at the East Providence office of AdaptHealth. Maria could not have been nicer and she gave clear instructions on how to use the CPAP. Honestly, I was a little anxious about getting my first CPAP machine but Maria immediately put me at ease.

Nancy was kind, patient, and thorough. She spent a long time with me explaining my machine, and care. She took the time to make sure I had a good fit for mask, and went through a few. I felt heard and respected. I am a bigger person and when I said weight loss wasn't one of my goals at this time, that was honored. I am very happy with the care I received, and look forward to continuing my journey with this company and Nancy.

What an amazing experience I just had with Marcie at AdaptHealth New England. I have been using a CPAP machine for a little over 3 months, so I thought I knew what I was doing. Marcie was so much more thorough than the tech I had at a previous company. She was absolutely amazing!!! I now feel like I am properly fit with the correct mask.....and comfort while using my CPAP machine is within reach. I know so much more about my CPAP machine and how to self diagnose issues if they arise. Marcie deserves a big fat raise and promotion!!!! Kudos to you for being such an amazing sharer of knowledge.

Deb was knowledgeable and helped me get fitted for the correct mask. She was a wealth of information. Last night was my first night using my machine and I slept like a baby. Woke up feeling the best I have felt since I don’t even remember when.

Visit with Marcie was great! The fact that she uses the same Resmed device was incredibly helpful and made understanding and using the CPAP machine easy. I was confident about getting started. Thank you!

The delivery person was polite when he called to give the 3 hour window. Upon arrival again polite dressed with company logo on his shirt. Assembled the bed and made sure it all worked before leaving.

The staff that assisted me in getting prepared with the machine did a great job as she was friendly, courteous, and she explained the instructions very well and provided adequate assistance and very thankful for her help

Exceptionally positive experience. Every aspect of the use and care of my device was clearing explained and demonstrated. One of the best experiences I have had with people in the medical profession.
